They said that if governmentresorts to such a move the farm-ers with their families will comeon road adding that before theytake possession of the land, thegovernment should accede totheir demands which includegiving employment to the familymember, pay the cost of land onthe actual market rates and pro-vide land at alternative place tothose farmers whose whole landis taken over.

STATE TIMES NEWSKATRA: On the basis of infor-mation received from railways,the GRP Katra recovered anunidentified male dead bodyfrom Bogie No S-8 ofHamkund Express.

The body was shifted by GRPin Katra Hospital and kept inthe mortuary for identification.The police has given thedescription of body as agebetween 50 - 55 years, wheatishcomplexion wearing whilecolour Kurta, Dhoti and greycolour sweater.
