The skin feels taut and dry? - A very common

skin condition caused by a lack of moisture.

As usual process water is continuously evaporated

through the skin’s surface. If the trans-epidermal loss of

water exceeds the supply of moisture the skin’s balance

is disturbed.

Environmental infl uences, effects of the sun, heating

and air conditioning as well as age-related factors lead

to imbalanced skin. As an effect the skin has feelings of

tautness. HYDRA COOL offers help in cases of dry skin

and is especially suitable for treatments with cooling

effect during summer.

COURSE OF TREATMENT DURATION: APPROX. 90 MIN.

Start the treatment with a neck massage. Mix CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM with one drop peppermint oil and two drops of lemon balm oil. This mixture promotes positive energy. As support for the cooling effect you could wave a fan or compress cloth over the neck area.

Cleanse the face with the mild SUPER SOFT CLEANSER and then tone with SUPER RICH TONIC. Carry out a skin diagnosis and note the relevant dates on the customer treatment card.

Mix SUPER ENZYME PEELING with lukewarm water until receiving a pasty consistency. Then apply the mixture with a brush on the face, avoiding the eye zone. Let allow taking effect for approx. 10 minutes while keeping the paste warm either with warm compress-es or a vapozon steamer to promote the enzymatic activities. Then remove the paste and tone the skin with SUPER RICH TONIC in order to stop the enzymatic activities.

Work in MOISTURE INTENSE ampoule with soft tapping motions. The use of ultrasound improves the absorbency of active ingredients.

At this stage you can additionally offer your client COOL EYES TREATMENT.

Then apply generously HYDRA FORCE MASK on the face, throat and décolleté with a cooled spatula.

In a small bowl the pressed fl eece mask is soaked with iced SUPER RICH TONIC and then laid on the face starting with the forehead. Allow to take effect for approx. 15 minutes. TIP: Offer your client a relaxing hand and arm massage according to Dr. med. Christine Schrammek use e.g. CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM.

Perform a soft Dr. med. Christine Schrammek facial massage with CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM.

COURSE OF TREATMENTDURATION: APPROX. 90 MIN.

Cleanse the skin thoroughly with SUPER SOFT CLEANSER. Then tone with HERBAL CARE LOTION 2.

Carry out a thorough skin analysis and discuss the treatment goals resp. the focus of the treatment. Take notes of the consulting session in the customer’s skincare treatment card.

Prepare SUPER ENZYME PEELING according to the directions of use. Then apply the peeling with a brush on the face, throat and décolleté and let allow taking effect for approx. 10 min. Keep warm with a vapozon steamer. Shortly before removal emulsify the peeling with moist hands and some massage moves. Rinse off the remnants with a moist sponge or compresses.

Tone the skin with HERBAL CARE LOTION 2 in order to fi nish the enzyme activity. Then carry out a thorough skin cleansing for removing possible lesions (TIP: use GEL SUPER PURIFIANT for a gentle disinfecting.

At fi rst cover the hairline with a cap, the sides of the throat and neck with Kleenex. In a bowl mix 30 - 35 g (approx. 6 table spoons) algae powder with approx. 130 ml cool water and 20 ml HERBAL CARE LOTION 2. Stir well until you obtain an even consis-tency. Apply the modellage with a spatula quickly on the face, throat and décolleté (We recommend not covering the eyes with cotton pads.).

The mask will build an elastic fi lm which prevents evaporating of the skin’s own water content. Instead, the moisture circulates and hydrates the epidermis and thus bal-ance out fi ne lines from dryness and the skin appears smooth and soft. If you allow the modellage taking effect for maximum 12 minutes it will have a cooling, decongestive and calming effect. For an activating effect the application time should be between 12-20 minutes. Roll off the modellage after the individual application time starting with the décolleté to the forehead. Note: Do not apply this treatment if the customer suffers from claustrophobia and pressure sensitivity in the area of the throat. Alternatively you can offer your client ALGO VITAL algae glasses for the eye area.

Remnants of the modellage can be removed with a cotton pad soaked in HERBAL CARE LOTION 2.

Then conduct a facial massage according to Dr. med. Christine Schrammek with CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM. In case of impure skin or rosacea we recommend a manual lymphatic drainage or nerve point massage.

Finally, remove surplus of the massage cream and apply OPTIMUM PROTECTION CREAM SPF 20.

CLEARING TREATMENT will reach the following treat-

ment goals: reduction of sebum, removal of hyper-

Cleanse your client’s skin by removing remnants of dirt and sebum with DEEP PORE CLEANSER. Then tone with HERBAL CARE LOTION 2.

Carry out a thorough skin diagnosis with the help of a magnifi er lamp and note the results on the customer treatment card.

Then mix SUPER ENZYME PEELING. Apply a generous amount on the skin and keep moist with a vapozon steamer. TIP: Use the calming effect of sage and pansy and fi ll them in the herbal sieve of the vapozon steamer. Let allow taking effect for approx. 10 minutes and remove with a sponge. After that, tone the skin with HERBAL CARE LOTION 2. Then carry out a professional cleansing of comedones and pustules.

For disinfecting emulsify a pea-sized amount of GEL SUPER PURIFIANT with water and massage it softly in. Let allow taking effect shortly and rinse off with warm compresses.

This procedure renders the skin receptive for the active ingredient concentrate ampoule. You can choose between the two ampoules IMPURITY STOP or GREEN PEEL® HERBAL ACTIVE PURITY. We recommend to apply the concentrate with a fan brush and gently to pat in into the skin.

Then apply a generous amount of cooling ACTIVE CLEARING MASK with a spatula.

Pour into a bowl cooled HERBAL CARE LOTION 2 and soak the blister fl eece in it. Apply the soaked blister fl eece on the cream mask starting with the forehead and press gently on. Let allow taking effect for 15 minutes and then remove the remnants with a moist sponge. During the time of application pamper your client by performing a Dr. med. Christine Schrammek hand massage e.g. with DERMA ZONE BODY CREAM.

Carry out a manual lymphatic drainage or nerve point massage.

As fi nal care mix SPECIAL REGULATING CREAM 2 with BLEMISH BALM. Choose the shade of BLEMISH BALM according to the client’s skin tone.

As a cure and daily care cream apply ENZYME

Cleanse your client’s skin by removing remnants of makeup and sebum with DEEP PORE CLEANSER. Then tone the skin with SUPER RICH TONIC. Carry out a skin diagnosis.

For a refreshing feeling of well-being carry out thorough cleansing massage with foam. In a small bowl mix PURE SKIN CLEANSING FOAM with some water. Then whip the mixture with a shaving brush until you receive a foamy consistency. Apply the foam with moistened hands on the face, throat and décolleté and massage in for approx. 5 min. Then rinse off thoroughly and tone. Note: Avoid eye contact with PURE SKIN CLEANSING FOAM!

As peeling apply ENZYME REGULATING CREAM with a spatula to the face. Cover the peeling with a tailored Johnson tissue (gauze mull). Then apply a generous amount of paraffi n to the tissue to reach an occlusive effect. Let the peeling allow taking effect for approx. 10 min. Remove the gauze and remnants of the mask and tone the skin.

Gently cleanse impurities and effl orescences. Then emulsify a pea-sized amount of GEL SUPER PURIFIANT with water and gently massage into the skin. Allow the gel taking effect for approx. 1-2 min, then rinse off well and tone the skin.

Apply half of the chosen active ingredient concentrate ampoule, either IMPURITY STOP or GREEN PEEL® HERBAL ACTIVE PURITY and carry out a purifying manual lymphatic drainage or nerve point massage.

In a small bowl mix the second half of the concentrate with approx. 8 - 10 g GREEN PEEL® BALANCE+ MASK. Apply the face pack generously on the face, throat and décolleté with a spatula. During the time of application pamper your client with a Dr. med. Christine Schrammek hand massage, e.g. with DERMA ZONE BODY CREAM.

After about 15 min. remove the remnants with a sponge. Add 2-3 drops sage oil to warm water and soak the compress in it. As fi nishing ritual apply the soaked compress to the face.

Finally apply ENZYME REGULATING CREAM and cover redness with BLEMISH BALM.

Who wants to shine with oily skin? Numerous

clients suffer from large pores, fl aky skin and

annoying comedones. Most people wish to have

an even, smooth and fi ne pored skin. This clearing

treatment is specifi cally targeted to reduce sebum,

remove fl aky skin and comedones and to hydrate

the skin.


In order to change a coarse skin with comedones

into a soft one you need patience and a strict home

care routine. Additionally to the daily cleansing we

recommend to use PERFECT SKIN PEELING two

times a week in order to remove dead skin cells.

IF THE SKIN SENDS “SOS“!

The sensitivity of skin is infl uenced by numerous

endogenous and exogenous factors. Among these are

the hormone level, age, sebum production, poor

nutrition, medication, climate, humidity, seasons,

UV-radiation, often contact with water, solvents,

soaps, mechanical irritations and above all

psychological aspects.

Visible characteristics of sensitive skin are redness, light

fl akiness and dilated capillaries, infl ammations, wheals,

hornifi cations and reduced blood circulation. Addition-

ally there are personal aspects like itching, feelings of

tautness or burning sensation.


The customer should avoid unnecessary stress for

her skin. Care products according to the needs of

sensitive skin (SUPER SOFT CLEANSER, HERBAL

CARE LOTION 2, SPECIAL CARE CREAM 2) will help

calming the skin. Be careful not to overcharge your

client during her fi rst treatment booked in your salon.

Carry out a very careful cleansing as the skin might quickly react with swelling and strong reddening!

Work in a SENSI CALM ampoule into the skin with soft pressure points.

For relaxation of skin and soul carry out a Dr. med. Christine Schrammek facial massage with CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM. Alternatively: Manual lymphatic drainage or nerve point massage!

Mix 8-10 g SENSIDERM MASK with a plum-sized amount of CALMINGFACIAL FOAM. Apply the mask generously with 2 fan brushes. Tip: Cover the mask with thin gauze and apply a light occlusive layer of CALMING FACIAL FOAM. “Cocoon feeling“

A CALMING EXPERIENCE FOR

IRRITATED AND REDDENED SKIN!

Often people are especially irritated by reddened and

engorged skin. Many small, enlarged veins that mostly

appear in the area of the nose and cheeks become

visible little by little and let the skin appear disturbed.

Dependent on the level of their occurrence we refer to

them as teleangiectasia, couperose or even rosacea.


The effective home care treatment requires patience,

endurance and a good and intensive client consultation.

In cases of couperose/ rosacea we strongly

recommend to avoid using irritating substances.

Especially suitable for skin cleansing are mild products

like SUPER SOFT CLEANSER and HERBAL CARE

LOTION 2. ROSEA CALM CREAM can be used as

around the clock care cream completed by OPTIMUM

PROTECTION CREAM SPF 20 as protection against

UV-radiation.

In order to activate the lymphatic drainage start the treatment with a conductive neck massage (the customer is sitting).

Carry out a comprehensive anamnesis and skin analysis then apply SUPER SOFT CLEANSER for a gentle cleansing. Remove the cleanser with lukewarm to cool com-press cloth, then tone with HERBAL CARE LOTION 2.

As face pack apply a thin layer of ENZYME REGULATING CREAM. Cover the mask with a cosmetic tissue and keep the peeling moist with lukewarm compresses. Remove after approx. 10 min. and then tone the skin. In cases of rosacea we recommend to avoid deep cleansing as the skin might quickly react with swelling and strong reddening!

Work in into the skin SENSI CALM ampoule with gentle pressure points.

Mix approx. 5 g ROSEA CALM CREAM with approx. 5 g SENSIDERM MASK.Apply the face pack generously.

Soak 2 cotton pads fi rst and then a blister fl eece in cooled HERBAL CARE LOTION 2 and apply them on the eyes and face.

For additional relaxation we recommend a Dr. med. Christine Schrammek hand massage considering the pressure points with DERMA ZONE BODY CREAM. Alternatively: HANDS-UP treatment.

Carry out a thorough skin diagnosis and start the treatment with a gentle cleansing using SUPER SOFT CLEANSER in order to remove the skin softly from dirt and makeup. Rinse off with lukewarm or cool compress cloth and then tone with HERBAL CARE LOTION 2.

As mild peeling we recommend ENZYME REGULATING CREAM. Let allow taking effect for approx. 5 min. while keeping moist with cool compress cloth and then remove softly. A deep cleansing is probably only slightly needed as experience shows that sensitive, dry skin has hardly comedones and impurities due to the low level of sebum. Tone the skin with cooled HERBAL CARE LOTION 2.

Gently apply half of SENSI CALM ampoule on the face, throat and décolleté.

For the following massage apply SENSIDERM STRESS PROTECT CREAM generously on the face, throat and décolleté. Start with gentle massage strokes which help the customer to calm down and relax. Lay down your hands on the client’s décolleté touch-ing the fi ngertips and pause a while in this position. Then carry out a further calming massage stroke in the area of the shoulder joints. After approx. one minute apply soft pressure. Then bring together your hands below the shoulders and lift up to the neck vertebra. Pause again a while in this position and then slightly lift and lower the head for neck stretching. This stroke generates deep trust as the client “let herself go”. Cleanse the skin softly but thoroughly with SUPER SOFT CLEANSER. Then tone the skin with SUPER RICH TONIC.

After that carry out a detailed skin diagnosis ¬ using a magnifi er lamp.

Prepare SUPER ENZYME PEELING according to the description and apply with the brush on the face, throat and décolleté. Keep the peeling moist with a vapozon steamer for approx. 10 min. Before rinsing off the peeling emulsify with moist hands and some massage strokes. Remove the remnants with a moist sponge.TIP: Enzymes have a strong activating effect. Offer your customer a glass of mineral water with lemon spices for the welcome. During the refreshment you can conduct the consulting session and fi ll in the fi rst part of the customer treatment card.

Cleanse the skin from makeup with SUPER SOFT CLEANSER and then tone with SUPER RICH TONIC. Carry out a skin diagnosis and complete the customer treatment card.

In order to remove residues that might impede the penetration of active ingredients into the skin and for an extra experience of well-being carry out a massage with foam. In a small bowl mix PURE SKIN CLEANSING FOAM with some water. Then whip the mixture with a shaving brush until you receive a foamy consistency. Mix SUPER ENZYME PEELING according to the description and apply a thick layer with a brush. Keep moist with a vapozon steamer (you may also use a small frimator brush). Tip: As fragrance stimulation we recommend to add a cotton pad soaked with some drops of essential lemon oil to the steamer sieve. After approx. 10 minutes remove the peeling with a sponge and neutralise the skin with SUPER RICH TONIC.

Now the skin is particularly receptive for the following MELA WHITE ACTIVE C SERUM. Apply the serum with a fan to individual areas and then introduce it into the skin by means of ultrasound for approx. 6-10 minutes. (Phonophoresis 1 MHz, approx. 0.4 w cm 2 – a contact gel is not necessary.Note: Clarify whether there are contra-indications.). Alternatively you can work in the serum with intensive tapping movements.

Before starting the treatment wrap your client’s hair with a towel like a turban for protection. Place a long stripe of elastic gauze bandage at your customers eye-level.

In order to strengthen the decongesting and relaxing effect during the massage cool your fi ngertips with an ice cube.

Tip: We recommend using orange or red coloured light in order to support the treat-ment. Stimulate the energy circulation around the eyes with a Dr. med. Christine Schrammek eye massage. First apply a pea-sized amount of HIGH PERFECTION EYE CREAM under the eyes and gently massage in for approx. 5 minutes (massage accord-ing to Dr. med. Christine Schrammek).

Then apply BIOACTIVE AMINO LIFT TRIPLE ACTION CREAM + with the back of a spoon around the eye area. Keep a generous distance to the eye.

Soak the eye compresses in a mixture of GREEN PEEL® HERBAL ACTIVE VITALITY and HERBAL CARE LOTION 2 and apply on the closed eyes.

Fold a Kleenex until you obtain a stripe of approx. 3 cm and then apply on the eye area.

For a gentle warming effect cover the eye area with a warm gel cushion or herbal eye pillow.

Allow taking effect for approx. 10 min. and then gently remove the eye pack.

As a fi rming fi nish apply a small amount of BIOACTIVE AMINO LIFT TRIPLE ACTION CONCENTRATE starting with the cheekbone – from the nostril to the temple.

A fi rm throat and a smooth décolleté are amazing eye-

catcher. Instead, throat and décolleté often show early

signs of aging than the face. In many cases the skin in

the area of the throat and décolleté is neglected with re-

gards to regular care and additionally thinner and more

sensitive than in the face. Therefore throat and décolleté

are especially prone for lines.

Reason: This area has hardly subcutaneous fatty and

connective tissue or moisturizing and fat providing

sebaceous and sweat glands. Both means stress every

movement and beloved sunrays.

Mornings and evenings massage the throat and

décolleté with DERMA ZONE BODY CREAM.

Additionally we recommend pampering the delicate

area once or twice a week with PERFECT SKIN

PEELING and then pat in an active ingredient

During summer you should have suffi cient sun

Cleanse the throat and décolleté thoroughly with mild SUPER SOFT CLEANSER and then tone with SUPER RICH TONIC.

Mix SUPER ENZYME PEELING according to the description, apply on the skin and then keep moist with a vapozon steamer for approx. 10 minutes. For a gentle stimulating you can also use a small frimator brush. Then remove the peeling and tone the skin.

Apply some BIOACTIVE AMINO LIFT ESSENCE with a fan brush on the throat and décolleté.

Mix CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM with some drops of BIOACTIVE AMINO LIFT ESSENCE in order to increase the percentage of active ingredients. Then apply the face pack generously with a spatula to the throat and décolleté.

Cover the skin with a tailored Johnson tissue soaked in SUPER RICH TONIC.

Prepare approx. 3 stripes at 30 cm each and approx. 2 stripes at 10 cm each of the plaster bandage. Soak into water one after the other and apply on the throat and décolleté. Then smooth out the plaster modellage. It will become fi rm and can be removed after approx. 20 min.

Remove remnants of the face pack with warm compress cloth. Then carry out a Dr. med. Christine Schrammek throat and décolleté massage. We recommend SKIN ELIXIER.

Remnants of SKIN ELIXIER remain on the skin as fi nal care.

The hands are regarded as our personal fi gure-

head. Unfortunately they are in continuous use and

thus the most strongly stressed tools of our body.

They work, grasp, stroke, comfort, show…Pamper

these multi-talents any time of the year.


As overnight treatment apply a generous amount

of DERMA ZONE BODY CREAM to your hands

and cover with cotton gloves. Thus the active

ingredients have the best possibility to develop.

OUR TIP

Hands speak volumes. This cosmetic treatment is

also excellently suitable in case of neurodermatitis

and strongly stressed hands (avoid essential oil!).

Gently prepare the hands with PERFECT SKIN PEELING for the following extra care. Include the cuticle to the treatment!

Rinse off remnants of the peeling and dab dry the hands. We recommend a dry brush massage with a soft facial brush in order to thoroughly eliminate any residues of the peeling wax beads.

Now carry out a relaxing Dr. med. Christine Schrammek hand massage with CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM. As fragrance stimulation we recommend to add a few drops of essential oil. As hand pack apply a layer of CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM with a soft brush to the fi nger and the back of the hand.

Spray some CALMING FACIAL FOAM into cotton gloves (big size) and put on the hands. Let allow taking effect for approx. 15 minutes and then remove the cotton gloves.

Gently massage in any residues of the hand pack.

COURSE OF TREATMENT DURATION: MAX. 45 MIN.

Carry out an anamnesis and start the treatment with SUPER SOFT CLEANSER in order to gently free the skin from dirt and makeup. Then rinse off with lukewarm or cool com-press cloth and tone with SUPER RICH TONIC.

The next step is an intensive peeling - massage with PERFECT SKIN PEELING.

Remove remnants of the peeling with a warm sponge and neutralise the skin with SUPER RICH TONIC.

In a small bowl fi ll in half of the active ingredient concentrate (SENSI CALM, IMPURITY STOP, PERFECT FUTURE, MOISTURE INTENSE, ENERGY POWER, GREEN PEEL® HERBAL ACTIVE VITALITY or PURITY) according to the skin type and apply generously to the face, throat and décolleté with a fan brush. Then lay a blister fl eece mask into the bowl and add SUPER RICH TONIC until it completely soaked.

Unfold the soaked blister fl eece mask and apply on the face starting with the forehead. Then gently press on. The active ingredients can now penetrate the skin.

Remove the blister fl eece mask after approx. 10 minutes and carry out a soothing mas-sage according to Dr. med. Christine Schrammek using CERADERM PROFESSIONAL CREAM. Add the rest of the active ingredient concentrate in order to adapt the cream to the skin condition.

As day care we recommend OPTIMUM PROTECTION CREAM (or GOLDEN TAN) SPF 20.

INTRODUCTORY MASSAGE STROKE

Effl eurage – starting with the décolleté - stroke around the shoulders – over the edge of the trapezius muscle –

along the cervical spine upwards – gently press 3 times at the skull base – then stroke laterally over the throat

and back to the décolleté – around the shoulders to the edge of the trapezius muscle again.

IMMERSE YOURSELF INTO A WORLD OF RELAXATION

Strike out the forehead alternately with both hands.

Standing circles on the temples.

Ear massage: Sliding downwards behind the ear – to the earlobes – gently knead the auricle from the bottom to the top between the thumbs and forefi ngers.

Ear stroke (3x) (Ohrgabelgriff)

Press nerve point below the ear 3 times.

Circles around the eyes: Sliding to the middle of the forehead – press on – slide over the root of the nose

downwards and circle 3 times around the eyes – then press additionally on the nerve point in the inner

angle of the eye (3 times).

Draining of the eyebrows between the middle fi nger and thumb - from the inside outwards (to the temple). .

Carry out soft movements on the temples in a fi gure of eight.

Rotating movements on the cheeks – lay your fi ngers on the middle of the chin and then successively roll

over the cheeks upwards – then turn your hands – repeat the movements 3 times.

Gently pull out the base of the mouth - alternately with all fi ngers (piano stroke).

Alternately strike out the nasolabial folds with fi ngertips (right – left).

Strike out the forehead (from the beginning of the eyebrows to the hairline).

As a welcome put your hands on the eyes in a fl at manner (welcome stroke)

Massage the eyes with circular movements and press the pressure point.

Pluck the eyebrows with the ring fi nger - each side separately.

Strike out the eyebrows from the inside outwards. Place your hands parallel to each other.

Massage the temples in a fi gure of eight.

Massage the eyes without any pressure and circular movements.

Then massage every single eye with circular movements, the right eye with the left hand,

left eye with the right hand.

Scissors stroke: shortly press the middle fi nger under the eyelid and then strike over the root of the nose to the opposite eyebrow.

Pumping circles with the ring fi nger, middle fi nger and forefi nger and then push away laterally.

Gently pat in with both ring fi ngers in the area of the cheek bone and eyes. Note: pat in every single eye from the outside inwards.

Massage the eyes with circular movements and then pause on the forehead.

Strike out the frown lines using both middle fi ngers with pressure and increased tempo.

Silk paws over the whole forehead, alternately.

Lay the hands on fl atly and press on 3 times.

Strike out the forehead laterally with the palms of the hand.

Lay the hands gently over the eyes and pause a while (fi nal stroke).

Activate the yin centre (inner side of the upper arm in extension of the thumb above the line of the

wrist) by clenching a loose fi st and rubbing with gentle pressure the middle fi nger limbs until you

note a feeling of warmth.

Activate the yang centre - the area in extension of the little fi ngers straight above the line of the wrist.

Grab the hands and turn the two lines of the wrist outwards. Simultaneously press the palms of the

hands upwards with your fi ngers.

Then turn the lines of the wrist inside and press down the back of the hands with the palms of your

hands. Repeat the technique several times.

Strike out the back of the hands with the ball of your thumb (alternately).

Frictions on the back of the fi ngers from the fi ngertips up to the joint – on the way back softly pull

the fi ngers to the fi ngertips (starting with the little fi nger to the thumb).

Press the harmonising points of the space between the fi ngers (Fingerfalz) with the thumbs – little

fi nger and ring fi nger from the outside, middle fi nger and forefi nger from the inside.

Valley forming hollow: press the thumb on the forefi nger until arching of the tissue and press the pressure point developed.

Strike out the space in the area of the metacarpus – thumb over thumb.

Turning the hand.

Strike out the palm of the hand with the thumbs (alternately).

Knead the palm of the hand.

Kneading little mice.

Raise the customer’s arm and fi x the wrist with one of your hands. Cross the fi ngers of your other

hand with the ones of the client moving back and forth. Afterwards carry out rotary motions.

Stretching the hand (hook up).

Drop the hand and start with the other one.

Gently press 3 times at the skull base.
