I understand, for myself and/or my child, and am aware that participation in the sports of skiing, snowboarding, skiboarding and other sports (collectively “RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS”) are HAZARDOUS activities that have many inherent dangers and risks. I realize that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of these activities. I agree to for myself and/or my child, to RELEASE from liability, forever discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boston Mills Ski Resort, Inc., Brandywine Ski Resort, Inc., Sycamore Lake, Inc. DBA Alpine Valley Ski Center, Mad River Mountain, Inc., Peak Resorts, Inc. and their owners, o�cers, directors, volunteers, employees, a�liates, agents and assigns, (collectively as RELEASEES) from any and all loss or damage to myself or to my child or my or my child’s property resulting from the RELEASEES NEGLIGENCE. In general, beginner skiers are Type I, very aggressive non-beginners are Type III, and all other skiers fall into the Type II category. Usually snowboarders that are right-handed, will ride with their le� food forward and vice-versa.

Undersigned understands that the ski equipment being used forms a part of or all of a ski-boot-binding system which will NOT RELEASE at all times or under all circumstances and that it is not possible to predict every situation in which it will or will not release, and that its use cannot guar-antee this skier’s safety or freedom from injury while skiing. Undersigned further agrees and understands that this ski-boot-binding system may reduce but does NOT ELIMINATE THE RISK of injuries to the lower portion of the skier’s leg. However, undersigned agrees and understands that this ski-boot-binding system may NOT reduce risk of injuries to this user’s knees or any other parts of this user’s body. Undersigned is also aware that the snowboard boot/binding system IS NOT DESIGNED OR INTENDED TO RELEASE. Undersigned hereby freely agrees to assume and ac-cept any and all known and unknown risks of injury while using this equipment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the undersigned agrees to release Boston Mills Ski Resort, Inc., Brandywine Ski Resort, Inc., Sycamore Lake, Inc. DBA Alpine Valley Ski Center, Mad River Mountain, Inc., Peak Resorts, Inc. and the undersigned. Boston Mills Ski Resort, Inc., Brandywine Ski Resort, Inc., Sycamore Lake, Inc. Boston Mills Ski Resort, Inc., Brandywine Ski Resort, Inc., Sycamore Lake, Inc. DBA Alpine Valley Ski Center, Mad River Mountain, Inc., Peak Resorts, Inc. management will revoke RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS privileges (snow passes/li� tickets, season passes or club cards) when a skier/snowboarder is identi�ed as having violated any of the Responsibility Code, found online. Be safety conscious and courteous at all times. When a skier/snowboarder has violated any of the responsibilities in the code or others posted at the ski resort, a member of the Ski Patrol or other designated employee will advise the skier/snowboarder of the violation in a �rm but courteous manner, including how the skier/snowboarder may have endangered him/herself or another skier/snowboarder. �e employee will then take the skier/snowboarder to management and provide man-agement with information about the violation. Management will then, based on the nature of the violation and any previous violation, inform the skier/snowboarder of the period of revocation or inde�nitely suspend the violator’s RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS privileges. Boston Mills Ski Resort, Inc., Brandywine Ski Resort, Inc., Sycamore Lake, Inc. DBA Alpine Valley Ski Center, Mad River Mountain, Inc., Peak Resorts, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or revoke RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS privileges for any reason.
