Facilitate Functional Geometry Reviews (FGR’s), Design Process and Assembly Reviews (DPARs), print reviews, and design failure mode affect analysis, etc.

Developing control checks for process, pre delivery inspections and for Product audit. Addresses and ensures closing of quality issues identified during Durability and Physical builds for new product development programs.

Performing readiness reviews for various projects and working with suppliers during the initial phase of development of new parts. Aid the supplier with incorporating Quality detection within the process layout.

Investigates & resolves product quality problems including process quality issues, determines root cause, gathers and analyzes data, to facilitates resolution & implement corrective actions.

Reduced the Material Rejection Percentage from 19% to 4.2% of Fuel Injection Pumps (Aluminum Die Castings – including at Vendor end) in Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Chennai. Established and Validated Heat Treatment Process for New Line in SCL, Chennai.

Eliminated the major casting defects (Shrinkage, low hardness and high carbides in SG Iron Castings at Vendor end in Tata Motors Ltd, Lucknow.Improved the heat treatment process of Leaf Springs at Vendor end in TML, Lucknow.

Eliminated the Problem of Low hardness of heat-treated studs at vendor end in TML, Lucknow.Reduction of Vendor PPM from 300 PPM to 50 PPM. Reduced the warranty complaints in Engine mounting pad components.
