The site is located in Borehamwood. Borehamwood is a commuter town situated close to Watford and London. As the town site within the London commuter belt it has good transport links to the capital, and is well situated for people regularly visiting or traveling through on their commute. The town is perhaps most known for its multiple film and TV studios, attracting business and trade. The Wellington is located just off the busy high street, within walking distance of the train station and just a few streets away from Elstree Studios. This location make the premises a destination for shoppers and evening The The premises is to attract local trade from the surrounding area along with the passing business from commuters and the many city workers that live within the area.
