3. SCOPE

In most of the metro cities, people like to put their money in stock options instead of dumping it in the bank, lockers. Now, this trend have picked pace in small but fast developing cities like Jaipur etc. My research is based on the Jaipur region.

As the per capita income of the Jaipur city is on the increasing trend, so it’s important for the potential investors to know the detailed analysis of the different financial products and the return they offer to the investors. So the asset management firm allows the investors to estimate both the expected risks and returns, as measured statistically.

5. Rationale of the study

In most industrialized countries, a substantial part of the financial wealth is not managed directly by savers , but through a financial intermediary, which implies the existence of an agency contract between the investor ( the principle) and a broker or the portfolio manager ( the agent ). Therefore, delegated brokerage management is arguably one of the most important agency relationship intervening in the economy, with a possible impact on financial market and economic developments at a macro level.
