(NO SHORTS AND SHOES ARE A MUST) mustafa….. avoid going on weekends, easy to get lost, there are many interconnected buildings, electronics are in basement, my favorite food in the area is MTR or murugan idli lau pa sat… it is ia famous food court in central business district,. they close road to traffic at 7 pm and serve satay chicken etc outside along with chilled tiger beer and fresh fruit juices also. - cheap and fun ! din tai fung - it is a chain with excellent dim sum , definitely must try. free jasmine tea is great, our standard order is either chicken dumpling or veg dumpling or favorite pork+crab dumpling with v good egg fried rice, mix soy sauce and chilli paste at table to make a very good dipping sauce for everything ! best place to buy small souvenirs is china town, bug is street has cheap bags/clothes and other novelty items, and orchard has very big malls and every brand under the sun. maekhong thaiis a v good and inexpensive thai restaurant mear the house, v good dishes, minced chicken with basil, green curry, olive fried rice and dessert, mango with sticky rice (cheap and tasty singha beer also available) singapore alcohol is very expensive, best way is to look for happy hours, usually beween 4/5 to 7/8 pm practicalities: address: 66 meyer road, apartment 02-09 singapore 437894 internet id: anjinsan password: wakarimasuka transportation, we only have bus near house (12,14,196) they go to most areas in city, taxi is quite reasonable, once in city underground MRT is most efficient 1
