About Simple Concept• Simple Concept is an idea that evolved through 20 years of relentless research and development
in the area of peak performance. Sharudin Jamal, the Principal Consultant of Simple Concept started the journey in his early days studying high performance athletes. Later in his career, while working in several high-tech organizations he explored the attributes that makes teams and organizations successful. Being a peak performer himself, Sharudin was admitted to the IBM/Mesiniaga Hundred Percenter Club for 3 consecutive years.
• An experienced trainer, consultant, coach and facilitator; Sharudin had provided his services to over 40 organizations, delivering training programs to more than 5,000 corporate executives, appearing in Selamat Pagi Malaysia over a dozen times and coaching more than 60 technology related start-ups companies.
• The learning principles of Simple Concept were put to test when he successfully completed the 42 km KL International Marathon at the age 40.
“Adults don’t like to be thought, but they like to be reminded.”
• The cornerstone of Simple Concept is about learning through discovery. This is a crucial aspect of learning considering adults need to invoke the lessons they had accumulated throughout their lifetime to address the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis with an expedient manner. By combining the methods of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Experiential Learning, participants will be guided to explore their potentials by involving themselves in physically and mentally challenging playshops.
• These time-tested modules guarantee lasting impact to each of the participant regardless of ranks and positions.
