• Located in Kaki Bukit district, Shun Li Industrial Park is situated in the eastern region of Singapore. Flanked by Bedok Reservoir and Ubi, Kaki Bukit is primarily an industrial area occupied by companies across a myriad of industries, ranging from dealing in furniture, electrical appliances to automotives. There are many car showrooms and car marts here, as well as a Vicom Vehicle Inspection Centre. The land area of the Industrial Parkspans about 75, 335 sq m with a total GFA of 150, 456 sq m, and it features 237 flatted factories and 119 terraces with over 400 companies. The area was developed in October 1996 with a TOP date of 60 years. Trade types allowed in the industrial blocks include the following:
