and Luke TannerGossip Girl We have chosen this as something that is
similar because we are using a lot of ideas that has been used in
their title sequence. As you can see by the screenshots there is
images throughout of scenes that have happened throughout the
series, we have used this in our title sequence because we want to
show what each character is like within a matter of 30 seconds. The
only bad thing about this video we have chosen is that it is not
actually a web drama, its a TV drama but we are writing about it
because it still links, as ours is also a drama. About peoples
lives. Another thing that is similar to what we are using is the
fact that the title of the programme comes up right at the end when
the title sequence finishes. We are going to use this when making
ours and have already made up what it is going to look like.
One Tree HillThis is also a title sequence that is similar to
our web drama. Throughout our title sequence, we have mentioned in
the previous slide that we are going to use screenshots of the
characters in their scenes, but the difference with this one and
the Gossip Girl sequence is that in the One Tree Hill one they also
show bad things that happen as is shown in the second screenshot.
In this shot you can see a car crashing off a bridge which is a
major part in the show, and we want to put something in ours like
they have done theirs to make the audience pay attention more to
the sequence as it is a big part of the show. The only thing with
this sequence, like the other one it isn't a web drama, its a TV
drama but we think this links better to what we are doing than any
other web drama does, so we are writing about this.
