TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) 25% advance of total booking amount to be paid at the time of booking the venue,.50 % Of total amount to be paid one month prior to the date of function and remaining 25 % of the estimated amount (minimum guarantee) to be paid at least 7 days prior to the event, failing which the management reserves the right to cancel the function and advance amount will not be refunded.
2) Full & final payments towards extra plates/services to be done on the day of the event, immediately after the event either by cash, card or demand draft. (No personal cheques are acceptable at the time of settlement of final bill.) and in favor of Celebrations Events Pvt.Ltd
3) The representative(s) at The Diva by Celebrations Events Pvt.Ltd. and the client will jointly count the number of plates and beverages served at the function and the said number will be binding on the client for the purpose of billsettlement.
4) Billing would be at the agreed rate for the no of guests Guaranteed or Actual number of guests, whichever is higher. Balance, if any to be settled as per the final bill prepared in accor-dance with the clauses on billing instruction.
5) Fire Works are not permitted within the premises and no Band/Dhol staff is allowed to enter the Hall or Lawn Area.
6) Fire Arms or any kind of explosive are strictly banned to carry in premises.
7) Entire Hall Area is Smoke Free Zone and no fire related activity is permitted within the hall due to Fire Hazard.
8) The Management reserves the right to decline any function that contradicts prevailing local laws or is contrary to its nature of business.
9) Service of Liquor is allowed only after obtaining required License with prescribed rules and regulations of Excise Department
10) D.J./Loud music is permitted till 10.00 p.m. only with required permissions / licenses.
11) The management will not be responsible for any kind of climate variations (i.e.strom/rain etc.)
12) Booking party is liable for any loss to property or venue due to negligence during func-tion.
13) In case of failure of electricity, Genset or air-condition due to any unavoidable reason, the management cannot be held responsible.
14) Any disputes the matter to be settled in Delhi court only.
15) All payments are subject to GST and applicable Taxes.
