    Carbopol * EZ-2 polymer provides suspension of insoluble ingredients and oil stabilization in this silver and metal polish formulation.These properties improve the overall stability and shelf appeal of the product.

    Procedure:

    1. Prepare Part A. In a separate vessel, sprinkle the Carbopol EZ-2 polymer onto surface of the water. Allow the polymer to self-wet (about 10 minutes) untilno dry polymer is visible on the surface.

    2. Prepare Part B. Add the silicone fluid, release coating, solvent and lauric acid toa vessel. Mix using a high shear mixer. Continue to mix and add the water andthe morpholine.

    3. Add Part A to Part B with good agitation.

    4. Add the ammonium hydroxide to neutralize to the target pH.

    5. Add the clay and mix until uniform.

    6. Add the preservative and mix well.
