While everyone pictures the zoo in summer, fall and spring are lovely there, and the zoo is a great winter oasis – the Tropics Trail and the aquariums seem especially balmy and humid in the midst of winter. Countryside Catering Dinner in Your Home Peg Rasmussen will design a creatively themed dinner for eight to be served by a Bloom board member in your home. Countryside will provide everything needed, including wine. Enjoy appetizers, main dish and a splendid dessert! Date tbd.

Guthrie ShowMessiah Church Pastor and Bloom Board Member Steve Richards and his wife Amanda will take you and a guest to dinner and the Guthrie show of your choice. Now that’s the ticket! Will you choose a tragedy, a musical, a drama or a farce? Redeemable in coordination with Pastor Steve.

Distillery Tour The Royal Foundry Craft Spirits grain-to-glass distillery brings British flavor into the Minnesota craft cocktail scene. Might be gin, or single malt whiskey or barrel-aged rum: they’re all part of British tradition. Brewery Tour November 9th

Bloom Board Chair Sue Branyon provides the transportation from Messiah Church and Jayne Morrison Sullivan will cover the commentary, as you tour and sample three of the area’s craft breweries. Includes munchies and tastings at Indeed Brewery, Fair State Brewing Cooperative and Bauhaus Brewery for six adults. From 12:00 noon to 4:30-5:30.

Love that Olive (Value $35 per person)

This fantastic small business features a wide array of olive oils and balsamic vinegars along with many specialty food products and unique kitchen tools.
