PRODUCT /SYSTEM OVERVIEW:Sikaplan® WP 1130 is a sheet waterproofing membrane with a signal layer comprised of polyvinylchloride with an integral fiberglass mat carrier sheet for dimensional stability. The membrane signal layer is yellow and the underside is gray.

It is suitable for use in waterproofing of vertical and horizontal foundation applications and other below grade concrete structures. For above grade applications we collaborate with other Sika groups, including Sarnafil, to develop a full building envelope solution for your project.

Sikaplan® WP 1130 is available in a variety of thicknesses depending on project requirements. It is available in 60 mil (1.5 mm), 80 mil (2.0 mm), 100 mil (2.5 mm), and 120 mil (3.0 mm) thicknesses. It is a heat welded system.

The welded seams of Sikaplan® flexible membranes are always thoroughly quality control tested on site to confirm their watertightness. This is done by both visual and physical testing methods. Quality control of the completed membrane installation on the structure prior to the concreting works is particularly easy and extremely important. It gives the Sikaplan® flexible sheet membrane systems a real advantage in ensuring the prevention of any future leaks in important basement structures that are specifically designed to be watertight.

Sikaplan® also has several accessory products that enable it to have a compartmentalized approach when needed to ensure waterproofing performance on difficult installations.
