How do you register?

Go paperless! Members registered for Member Connection will receive an email notification when their Explanation of Benefits (EOB)s are available to view online. Log in to Member Connection to find out more!

Go to fop.ccok.com, select ‘CareWeb Member Connection’ from the right side menu. You will be directed to enter your information and follow a five-step registration process. Please have your CommunityCare member ID card available.
