    Universal Reflectance Accessory (URA)

    Angle specular reflectance measuring module that loads directly into the

    detector compartment of the High-performance Lamda spectrometers.

    Can be used to collect absolute or relative reflectance measurements with

    an angle of incidence in the range 8 65, and utilizing wave lengths in the

    range 3100 190nm.

    Samples are placed on the horizontal sample plate and can range in size

    from 8mm to greater than 150mm.

    90 means P component0 means S component

    At the angle is 57(it is the Brewster angle), P components reflectance

    will be very few so we can focus on S component for measuring thespecular reflectance.
