    RACE PROCEDURES. It will be the drivers responsibility to be lined up prior to the start of the race. If the car is not in the proper position prior to

    cars rolling onto the track, it will start at the rear of the field. Lineups will be posted on the board located in the pit area. 2. Track reserves the right to have inverted starts.3. All starts will be running starts, two cars abreast. If the race is stopped for any reason after the first completed green flag

    lap, the cars will be restarted in double file in the order they were scored at the flag stand (feature race). All restarts will beat the cone coming out of turn 4. Cars must stay in the same position until the green flag is dropped. The flagman reservesthe right to stop a race at any time.

    4. After two initial starts fail, the race will be single file start.5. Any driver stopping before the completion of the first lap to bring out the caution, will be put to the rear. 6. Cars in the pole and outside pole positions will have two chances for a green flag start. After two false starts, both cars wil

    be put in the rear of the field.7. There will be no courtesy laps.8. Any car which causes a yellow flag to be displayed will restart in the rear. Flagman decision will be final. This includes in itia

    starts.9. Cars that appear to be unsafe by the flagman for any reason will be black flagged and must go to the pits.0. Slower cars given the passing flag must move to the outside (top) of the track.1.Any car that leaves the track for any reason will have to restart in the rear. 2.Anytime a driver, who thinks he/she has been lined up in an improper position, is to report to turn 1 track official.

    3.A driver, who has damage to car, should return to his pit area.4. No major repair work will be done on race cars on the track. All repair work must be done in pit area behind pit wall. Drivers

    and car owners are responsible to insure that their crewmembers remain in the pit area at all times, especially during anaccident.

    5. Spin Out Rule: If you purposely spin the car in front of you, you will go to the rear and the car spun out will go back to hisoriginal position. If fault cannot be determined all cars involved will go to the rear. Cars deemed to have stopped to avoidaccident will get position back. This will be a judgment call by the flagman and his decision will be final.

    6.Any car that spins three times in one race event will be black flagged for the event.7.A race will be considered complete once the leader is given the checkered flag and crosses the start/finish line. Should an

    incident occur after the leader has been given the white flag, the caution flag will be displayed and the race will be restartedbased on the completed green flag lap. If an incident occurs after the leader has crossed the start/finish line and has been

    given the checkered flag, the remaining cars will be scored in the order that they cross the start/finish line.8. The winner of weekly feature races in each division will automatically start in the rear of the feature for that division on the

    following race that he should attend.9. Only three crew members allowed in pit stop area. Car must come to complete stop before crew members enter into pit stop

    area.20. Raceivers are required in all classes.21.Any class with seven cars or less will run one heat.22.Any class with four cars or less will draw and run feature only with five laps added to the feature. 23. 20 minute limit on all feature races, at 20 minutes the green/white flag will be given. (except special races)

    SAFETY RULES. Only approved, full face helmets allowed. Z-90 specifications.

    2. Battery must be securely mounted with marine type box.3. Fuel lines cannot run through driver compartment, unless they are enclosed in metal tubing. 4. Driver must be able to exit car from either side.5. No one will be permitted to cross the track at any time unless instructed to do so by a track official. Violators will be subject

    to ejection from pit area.6. No race car shall be allowed on the track, unless the official starter is in his position and the track is declared officially open.7. All cars must have front and rear tow hook or provisions for hooking up to a wrecker. Wrecker crew and track officials wil

    not be responsible for damage done to cars without provisions. 8. All roll bars close to drivers head, arms and legs must be fully padded.

    9. Unless car is on fire drivers are to remain inside car at all times while on track, unless track safety personnel authorizedriver to exit car. Drivers cannot get out of car to work on, repair or argue while car is on track.

    0. Pit area is congested and slow speeds must be observed at all times.1.Any competitor suspected of being impaired either physically or mentally for any reason will be removed by track officials.2.All cars and drivers are required to meet all safety regulations prior to competition. No exceptions.3. The track reserves the right to change, omit and/or enforce any rules necessary to maintain a safe program.

    FLAG RULESSpecific flag rules and special situations will be covered at the drivers meeting. However, the following flag rules aregeneral policy at all times.

    . GREEN- Start the race. Go. Track clear.2. YELLOW- Caution. Slow down. Wreck or danger on the track. No passing3. ****DO NOT RACE BACK TO THE START/FINISH LINE ON A YELLOW FLAG! **** 4. RED- EMERGENCY- Stop as quickly as possible on the front of straight away by the flag stand. Failure to stop on a red

    flag will result in a lap penalty or disqualification. Cars will again be lined up as they were running on the last green flag lapDrivers must remain in cars. No working on cars.

    5. BLUE/YELLOW- MOVE OVER FLAG - You are about to be lapped. Move to the top of the track immediately - Failure to

    obey the move over flag will result in a one lap penalty.6. CROSSED FLAGS - Halfway signal.7. BLACK- Consultation flag. Immediately pull to the pit area for consultation. A car receiving a consultation will no longer be

    scored if it remains on the race track for three consecutive laps.8. WHITE- One lap to go.9. CHECKERED FLAG - End of race - Reduce speed and pull of the track next lap. Failure to pull off the track after the

    checkered flag or stopping for other than mechanical reasons will result in disqualification. The race winner will immediatelypull to the victory lane area.

    0. The meaning of the track signal lights will be the same as the flag rules.1.All flag rules and track signal lights will be obeyed at all times, including during practice. Failure to follow these rules wil

    result in penalties, disqualification, and/or suspension.

    4 Cylinder ClassSAFETY REQUIREMENTS

    BATTERYMust be securely mounted, shielded and container separately from fuel cell. FUEL CELL8 gallon fuel cell maximum. Must be mounted by at least two steel straps 2`` wide around fuel cell. Pickup tube or supply notto exit under tank. If (stock) gas tank is behind rear axle, then you must install a U shaped bar between rear bumper and

    tank.RACING SEAT AND BELTSRacing seat is highly recommended. Factory drivers seat maybe utilized. 4-point racing seat belt required.ROLL CAGE4-point roll cage with minimum of 3 door bars on drivers side. All vehicles must have a minimum of 2 bars in front of driver.All roll cage areas that the driver may contact during race conditions must be covered with padding. Roll bar installationsand workmanship must be approved.FIRE EXTINGUISHER WITH GAUGEMust be mounted securely in reach of driver.APPROVED HELMET, NECK BRACE, FIRE SUIT AND WINDOW NET Must be worn anytime vehicle is on track. Racing gloves and shoes recommended.RACING STEERING WHEEL AND QUICK RELEASEPermitted/Recommended.KILL SWITCHMust be within easy reach of driver and clearly marked.

    LOOSE OBJECTS

    Cannot be inside drivers compartmentor outside of body or hood area. WEIGHTSAll weights must be securely mounted to frame or roll cage, painted white and have vehicle number on them. Must besecured with at least two 1/2`` bolts.WINDOW NETRequired.

    ALLglass, lights, molding, burnable items and other unnecessary items must be removed.

    4 Cylinder ClassGENERAL TECH AND VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

    WEIGHT. Single cam engines 2250 pounds (vehicle and driver) after race.

    2. Double overhead cam engines 2500 pounds (vehicle and driver) after race. FRAME AND BODY

    . Any make, model, vehicle or truck with factory installed 4 cylinder engine and two wheel drive chassis. 2. All-wheel drive vehicles must pull with front or rear wheels only.

    3. Maybe 2 or 4 door hatchback, sedan, station wagon, etc.4. Front and rear bumpers can be replaced with pipe with no sharp edges, and must be covered. 5. Can gut inside of vehicle. No cutting on firewall, uni-body or inner fender wells.

    SUSPENSION AND STEERING. All springs/struts must be stock height, size and rate.

    2. OEM type passenger vehicle shocks only. No air shocks. No racing shocks.3. Stock bump stops on suspension.4. All steering components must remain stock.5. All wheels must remain straight up and down with no adjustment in camber.6. Can install front and rear strut brace.7. All parts must remain factory stock/replacement. All steering must remain stock. No modifications allowed.

    REAR END. Must be for year, make and model of vehicle used.

    2. No locking of front wheel drive axles.BRAKES

    . Four wheel brakes required.DRIVE SHAFT. Rear wheel drive vehicles must have drive shaft loop.

    2. Must be painted white.TRANSMISSION

    . Automatic or manual.2. Transmission must be for year, make and model of vehicle used.

    ENGINE. Must be stock factory installed 4 cylinder for year, make and model of vehicle used. Fuel system must remain factory stock.

    Cannot change or modify any internal or external engine parts other than factory stock. No power adders of any kind

    allowed.

    2. Cold air tube aftermarket air filter allowed.3. All ECMs (computers) including chips must be OEM stock for year, make and model of vehicle. Absolutely no aftermarket

    performance chips or computer modification.4. External engine parts maybe removed such as A/C compressors, P/S pump, etc. Absolutely no performance parts maybe

    added to the engine.5. Cannot interchange engines.6. If it came fuel injected, it must be fuel injected.

    CARBURETOR. If it came with a carburetor, you must have factory carburetor. No modifications allowed.

    2. No turbo or supercharges allowed.3. No racing fuels, fuel will be checked.

    EXHAUST. Factory tubular or aftermarket shorty headers add 20 pounds.

    TIRES. Must be Factory Stock or steel OEM or equivalent wheels, NO RACING WHEELS

    2. No mud tires, DOT street tread only3. Tires do not have to match each other in size or brand

    4. Wheel size must be factory (if car came with 13 wheels, then you must run 13 all the way around. 14 must run 14, and soon. Cannot run other than stock offset on wheels and cannot run wider than stock wheels.

    SPORTSMAN ClassCAR1. This division is open to any 1955 or newer sedan, ore jig-built chassis with stock front clip. NO station wagons orpick-up trucks.WEIGHT1. Stock clip car with built motor 2600 lbs. After race minus 1lb per lap burn off.2. GM 602 in tube clip front end car 2600 lbs. After race minus 1lb per lap burn off.3. GM 602 crate engine in stock front clip cars. Deduct 150 lbs. from above combinations.4. Tube front clip cars may run with 602 crate motor only. NO weight deduction on these cars and 40 lbs. of weightmust be mounted ahead of flywheel. May also run fifth coil. No weight deduction.ENGINE1. ONLY stock production steel V-8 or V-6 engines. Motor maybe setback 1 from #1 spark plug to top ball joint. Solidmotor mounts permitted.2. 360 cubic maximum Ford and Chevrolet 374 cubic inches maximum Dodge/Chrysler. MUST be stock bore andstroke combinations. Small block engines ONLY.3. .060ths over bore permitted on all engines. Block may be surfaced. Pistons may not exceed top of block morethan 1/10th. Measured without head gasket.4. Stock steel rods or stock type steel rods. Eagle H-beam rods permitted, but no other H-beam rods allowed. MUSTbe stock length to the engine. Example: 350 Chevrolet 5.7 maximum length. NO 6 rods. NO titanium, aluminum or anyother exotic material permitted.5. Steel ore cast factory production crank shafts ONLY. 48 lbs. minimum weight. Casting number must be plainlyvisible. Cranks must be stock stroke to engine. Example: 3.48 maximum for 350 Chevrolet . NO knife edging.Eagle or Scat crankshaft is okay, must meet above rules.6. No dry sump oiling systems.7. Engine balancing permitted.8. Chassis type collector headers ONLY. NO 180, 90 degree, or Tri-Y headers permitted. Headers must turn in under

    firewall or out bottom of fender. Must have Schoenfeld muffler #112535 or other muffler that has adequate noise reductionand performance features.9. Any flat top piston. 2 or 4 valve relief piston permitted. Ford must use these pistons when running World ProductsWindsor SR heads.10. Any flat tappet camshaft permitted. No roller camshafts. Lifters must be stock diameter. CYLINDER1. Any OEM Factory production steel heads. GM 062 or 906 Vortec heads allowed. NO bowtie, Dart, SVO. Fordmay run GT40 steel head. Dodge can run w2 steel heads.2. NO angle plug heads, except Ford or Chrysler.3. Angle milling of heads okay.4.

    Multi angle valve job permitted. NO porting, polishing, squaring, or epoxying of ports.

    5. Valve size Chevrolet 2.02 intakes and 1.65 exhausts. Ford and Chrysler must remain stock sizes.6. Stainless steel valves permitted.7. Screw in studs and guide plates permitted.8. Roller tip rockers. Aluminum rockers and stud girdles permitted. NO shaft mounted rockers.9. Any valve retainers. Any spring permitted.10. GM 062 or 906 Vortec cylinder heads permitted with following specs: 175cc intake runner volume max, 64ccexhaust runner volume max. World Products 4360 or 4361 and Windsor SR heads permitted.11.     STOCKER ClassSAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Must have 5-point quickrelease type racing seat belt and shoulder harness with a minimum of 3`` straps securely bolted to roll cage with minimumof 3/8`` bolts.ROLL CAGEMinimum 6-point required and must be welded to frame rails. All tubing must be a minimum of 1-1/2`` O.D. with .090 wal

    thickness. A minimum of 3 horizontal drivers door and 2 passenger door bars required.     STOCKER ClassGENERAL TECH AND VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

    WEIGHT. 3400 pounds minimum car and driver.

    2. Weight (decal) must be on car.

    FRAME. Any 1970 or newer full size car or V8. Must be factory stock.2. No 1982 or newer Camaro or Trans Am or new model Mustangs or Mustang II.

    3. Frame cannot be cut or modified in any place.4. Must have tow hook or chain front and back.

    BODY. Can replace from top of fenders, doors and quarters down with sheet metal steel or aluminum. Must be factory dimensions

    only.2. No spoilers.3. Floor pan from front bumper to rear bumper or firewall cannot be altered. If front and rear floor pans are rusted, can patch

    with sheet metal.4. Four pins required on gutted hoods and deck lids.5.

    Bumpers may be replace by 2 x 2 or 2 x 3 square tubing or round pipe, but must not extend no further than 5`` from framerails out board.6. If front bumper is not factory, it must be concealed. No wedge or late model noses allowed.7. Must box end of square tubing or round pipe. No sharp edges.8. Rear wheel drive must have steel drive shaft loop.9. Can hull body. No boxing drivers compartment.

    SUSPENSION AND STEERING. All suspension and steering components must remain stock and in stock location unless specified.

    2. Factory OEM stock mount steel shocks. No racing shocks.3. May run racing springs. Stock mount location.4. No air shocks or load levelers allowed.5. Stock factory sway bar allowed (no adjustment allowed). 6. Rear upper control arm can be drilled to correct pinion angle only.

    REAR END. Factory production rear end for year, make and model of vehicle used.

    2. You can lock rear end.BRAKES

    . Four wheel brakes required.2. No aftermarket master cylinders.

    3. Factory OEM production brakes for year, make and model of vehicle used.4. Factory year, make and model of vehicle used can run rear disc brakes.

    DRIVE SHAFT. Must be painted white and must be steel.

    .TRANSMISSION

    . Automatic transmissions only.2. 11`` converter minimum (no racing converters).3. If it came with a standard, it can be replaced with an automatic.

    ENGINE. Factory steel stock production small blocks V8 only. No big blocks.

    2. Aftermarket steel mounts allowed. Must be bolted to frame. No welding allowed.3. Engine must be in factory original mounting location.4. 0.60 overbore permitted on all engines. Blocks maybe surfaced. 5. Engine balancing permitted.6. Must utilize factory stock bore and stroke combinations. 7. No aftermarket rods or crank shafts. Factory castings only. 8. Pistons must be stock for the year, make and model for vehicle used. Factory flat top four eyebrow pistons with 5/64 ring

    size only. No H.P. pistons allowed. Absolutely no blank cut pistons. 9. Max 175 compression with hot engine.0.Allowed to run screw in studs and guide plates only.

    CAM SHAFTS. Hydraulic cam with .420 maximum lift with carburetor. No roller cams.

    2. Lifters must remain stock diameter to make of engine.3. No solid lifter cams.4. Factory year, make and model for vehicle used fuel injection engines can run factory OEM roller production cams only, if it

    came with one.CYLINDER HEADS

    . GM 76 CC open chambered heads only with carburetor. No factory or aftermarket high performance head. 72 CC

    minimum when surfaced.2. Maximum 1.94 intake and 1.5 exhaust valves. No porting, polishing or gasket matching.3. No angle milling.

    INTAKE. Factory stock cast iron or factory GM 305 C.I. aluminum or out of the box aluminum Edelb rock performer street intake

    only. No RPMs or air gaps.CARBURETOR

    Factory 2 barrel, Holley 4412 500 CFM.. Removal of choke plate allowed. Must pass gauges. Manual fuel pump only. Noregulators.IGNITION

    VINTAGE ClassSAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Fuel cell should beenclosed in metal container and protected by roll cage. Pickup tube or supply not to exit under tank. RACING SEAT AND BELTSRequired. Seat must be bolted with a minimum of 6 each 3/8`` bolts to bars that are welded to roll cage. Must have 5-pointquick release type racing seat belt and shoulder harness with a minimum of 3`` straps securely bolted to roll cage withminimum of 3/8`` bolts.ROLL CAGEMaterial should be mild steel tubing. Must consist of continuous hoops no less than 1-3/4``O.D. and must have wall

    thickness of .095`` minimum. Roll bar padding required in driver compartment. Drivers head cannot protrude above roll cagewith helmet on and when strapped in seat. Must have one cross bar in top halo of roll cage minimum. Roll cageconfiguration must consist of front and rear loops connected by tubing on the sides between hoops. Must be securelysupported and braced. Bar across back of engine, vertical bars and rub rail or similar protection required. A minimum of 3door bars with a minimum of 1.5`` O.D. required. Must be parallel with ground as possible and located perpendicular to thedriver for maximum protection, but allow for easy access and exit from vehicle. Side bars must be welded to the front andrear of roll cage members and door plates are required. Brace bars forward of cage cannot be higher than stock hoodheight.     be purchased initially, but may be replaced when damaged if maintaining same shape and dimensions). 2.     OPEN WHEEL MODIFIED ClassThe modified class will allow rules from the IMCA and the UMP divisions to be blended to provide for a full class of cars. Ifyour modified car is IMCA legal, and is a steel head, flat tappet cam motor, you can run 2400 pounds. If your modified isrunning under UMP rules and you declare a mushroom, roller or aluminum head motor, you can run and weight 2450pounds, with 50 pounds of weight that must be bolted in front of the motor plate, evenly distributed if aluminum head. Allmodifieds are going to be on an 8`` tire, 8`` steel wheel. The track will stick the tires for .48 hardness with a durometer.Also, both series cars can run the UMP approved 5`` spoiler.     PROTEST RULESTo file a formal protest of another competitor, the following procedure must be followed:

    . Only a driver who competed in the event will be allowed to file a protest of another competitor of the same event.2. Protest Forms must be filled out and accompanied by the amount specified for the class within ten minutes of completion ofsaid event and given to Chief Tech Inspector. Only one item will be allowed per protest. Example: Bore & Stroke = CID,

    Pistons, Cam Shaft, Heads for porting, etc.3. Only driver finishing in the top three of said event and on lead lap will be allowed to file a protest.4. The Chief Tech Inspector will not accept any protests that he feels is done in an un-sportsman-like manner, is filed after the

    ten minute time limit, is not filed in the complete manner as specified above or is filed in spite. 5. If all criteria are met and protest is accepted, the car being protested will be delivered to tech area for inspection. The only

    persons allowed to be present in the tech area will be tech officials, driver and one mechanic of car being protested, and theprotesting driver. No exceptions.

    6. Only the item being protested will be available for inspection by the protesting driver. Example: A piston is the listedprotested item. The protesting driver will be allowed to inspect the pistons, but does not have the right to inspect the heads

    or other items while engine is apart.7. If the item being protested is found to be legal, the protesting driver will forfeit the protest fee with a designated amountgoing to the car being protested and track.

    8. If the item being protested is found to be illegal, the protesting driver will receive the appropriate protesting fee back plusany additional money and/or points that may be paid if he is moved up in finishing order due to the disqualification of theillegal car.

    9. Tech Inspectors will be allowed to inspect any item on the car being protested during protest. Tech Inspectors may deem acar to be illegal and disqualify the car from said event, but find the car to be legal on the item being protested to thereforewin the protest.

    0.Any driver refusing to accept a properly filed protest will be disqualified from said event and will forfeit all money and pointsfor said event.

    1.Must protest top end to protest bottom end.

    2. Crate motors can be protested.
