We’re pleased to introduce ourselves as “SHRISTI MEP CONSULTANTS”, an

Engineering consultancy firm started the operations by a group of enthusiastic

professionals in the field of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing engineering design.

leading organisations in the Engineering Consultancy Services field and have built

PROJECT: APAS VALMARK LOCATION: Bangalore

EXECUTION PERIOD: Start Oct 2011 – Nov 2015

ADDRESS: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.

SCOPE: MEP Design (ELECTRICAL, PHE, FFTG, HVAC, FAS, RETICULATED GAS & HOME AUTOMATION) with compliance to IGBC GOLD Rating

DESIGNED FOR: 116 Ultra Premium Luxury Apartments, Club House, Outdoor/Indoor play area

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Majorly RCC Walls with min Block work partitions, Documentation support for IGBC rating, Services design to be flexible to support internal modifications by flat owners

COST VARITATION OBSERVED UPON COMPLETION –

SIGNIFICANT TECHNICAL FEATURES: HVAC: Dedicated VRF based AC system with Fresh Air supply, Basement & all floors lift lobby Ventilation/smoke evacuation, lift well pressurization ELECTRICAL: 100% power back for all loads incl apartments with ACCL (Automatic Changeover & current limiter) LIGHTING: External, all floor lift lobby & Basement lighting with timer control/occupancy sensors

FFTG: Multistage FFTG Pumps to handle different pressure zones at various building levels, Foam Based system for Helipad

PHE: Rain water collection & filtration, Multiple pressure zones in water supply piping due to height

CHALLENGES FACED: Co-ordination of individual services & marking dimensions in DWG to leave provisions in the concrete formwork

Basement Sub-soil Design since the project is located at Hulimavu Lake Edge.

T o Meet stringent IGBC, CFO, AAI requirements but to work with a limited budget

Drainage of Planter boxes in the building elevation

Restrict all services (FCUs, Fresh air ducts, refrigerant lines, Sprinkler pipes, etc) within the apartment corridor false ceiling area

Relocating of PHE shafts above false ceiling in GF (Since shafts can’t continue in the *CLUB HOUSE area

Co-ordination of services with 6 year old existing installation Integration, upgradation & consolidation of MEP services with overall 12 hrs (1/2 Sunday) shutdown on a working office
