Recruitment :

Responsible in entire recruitment process starting from

maintaining resume data bank to screening the candidate, salary

negotiations and taking telephonic round of interviews.

Planning human resource requirements in consultation with

heads of different functional & operational areas, organizing the

interviews and induction programs.

Responsible to manage and coordinate with senior management

on all the active job requirements, if necessary.

Training & Development :

Identifying the training needs for teams from different aspects of

sourcing.

Organizing internal training programs and getting feedback from

employees.

Maintaining process related records as per prescribed business

guidelines & needs.

Team Handling:

As a team leader, I am handling a team of 17 team members.

As a Team Leader my prime responsibility is to manage South

India locations and West India Locations (i.e. Karnataka, Kerala

& Tamil Nadu and Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya

Pradesh Respectively) for recruitment process and back office

operations.

Responsible for closing open indents for South India locations

and West India Locations (i.e. Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil Nadu

and Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh

Respectively).

Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve higher goals.

Handling operations after completing sourcing part.
