Fee Details (1) The Boarding Program fee covers a complete youth development program based on our life skillsdevelopment curriculum, supervision, professional guidance, study hall (4 evenings/week), leadership &service opportunities, shared accommodation (3-4 students/room), daily buffet breakfast and dinner, setlunch, afterschool snack, bedding and linens, and laundry facilities. The Boarding Program is managed by St.John’s Academy Youth Coordinator.(2) The Medical Insurance fee includes during the program.(3) All activities in Vancouver Island are covered. Any additional activities outside of Vancouver Island, will beadditional charge based on the pre-request.(4) All payments made by credit card will incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Admission requirement 1. Age – 11 to 18 years old
Refund Policy
Students will be granted a tuition refund or transfer under the following circumstances:
1. The student’s visitor visa is NOT approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, providing theoriginal rejection letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada.1) 100% of program fees are refundable
2. Receiving a notice of withdrawal from a parent1) Less than 30 days before the program start date. 80% of program fees are refundable2) Less than 15 days before the program start date. 50% of program fees are refundable
Students will NOT be granted a refund under the following circumstances:
1. Receiving a notice of withdrawal from a parent less than 14 days before the program start date.
If one of the tuition refund circumstances is met, the student may request for a refund by providing any required documents and submitting a completed Refund Request Form in order to process the refund. All applications fees are non-refundable.
The normal processing time for tuition refunds is 2 to 4 weeks.
