1 購買組織の種類集中購買（e.g. Global調達センター）か分散購買（自社、プラント単位）に従った組織構造を定義する。また集中購買部門によって登録された基本契約と条件を分散購買分門が使用する場合、参照購買組織として集中購買部門を定義する。
