IntroductionHopefully you read through the SHJacked Start Kit eBook already, and in this case you already know what Paleo is, and actually already know what you can and can’t eat. If that’s the case, feel free to skip the next two chapters.
If not, it’s time to learn the way of the caveman. It’s time to learn how people are meant to eat; How you can literally change what you eat in order to turn yourself into a Superhuman and take control of your life.
Even Superman had to fight some cavemen, and believe me, they put up a fight!
What you CAN eat:Meat
Fish/Seafood
Fresh Fruit (LIMITED)
Fresh Vegetables
Eggs
Nuts and Seeds
Healthy Oils
Olive, Walnut, Flaxseed, Macadamia, Avocado, Coconut
What you CAN’T eat:Cereals/Grains
Legumes
Dairy (w/ the exception of Heavy Cream and Grass-Fed Butter)
Refined Sugars
Potatoes (except Sweet)
Processed Foods
Salt
Vegetable Oils
Intermittent FastingDefinition: an umbrella term for various diets that cycle between a period of fasting and non-fasting.
Fasting can reduce inflammation and oxidative damage, as well as optimize your metabolism. It can also kick start your fat burning sequence and turn you into a jacked up Hugh “Wolverine” Jackman. Yes, Jackman used intermittent fasting when he got insanely ripped for his later roles as Wolverine.
Your intermittent fasting window should look like this:
18 hours fasted (generally from 8pm-2pm)
6 hour stuff your face window (2pm-8pm)
Bulletproof CoffeeBulletproof coffee is a chapter and a necessity in this blueprint because it is what helps me make it through the day. It loads me with good fats to keep me satiated and kickstart my fat burning, while also giving me a caffeine boost without the crash.
Since I didn’t already mention it, you’re allowed to consume coffee and/or tea during your fast. I choose mine to be bulletproof (for reasons already stated).
How to make Bulletproof Coffee
Brew 8-12 oz. of amazing coffee (try to use ACTUAL coffee and not some K-Cup stuff)
Add 1-2 tablespoons of MCT or Coconut Oil (Can be strong, try to start with just one)
Add 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted grass-fed butter (strict on the grass-fed unsalted)
Blend for 20-30 seconds until you get a slight foam looking coffee (similar to a latte)
Blueprint ConclusionStay away from all refined sugars, and if you’re looking to lose weight, try to cut out the fruit and any other sugars.
The Bulletproof Coffee AND Intermittent Fasting are optional, but will boost your results.
Your diet should be made up of high fat intake, medium protein intake, and low carbohydrate.
Vegetables are your friends, but fruits don’t fall into that same category.
