Another wonderful and exciting year in Sun City Hilton Head is coming to an end---with a
flurry of (not snow), but Holiday cheer, parties, and entertainment. What a special
community we have.
Black Friday is in our rearview mirror, as we finish our Xmas decorations, finalize gifts,
and have plans set to see family and friends. For everyone traveling North, we wish them
"good" weather and the joys of the season. For everyone staying here, we will revel in the
joys of the season, family and friends, and our pleasant Low Country December weather.
After a very warm Fall, we are really experiencing a change of seasons, but without the
"joys" of ice and sleet. Nice to only have memories those days.
As we all know, Sun City is close to being "built-out," and we're at a critical juncture
where new homes will shortly become a rare commodity, and the best resale homes will
sell very quickly. As shown later on in the newsletter, although mortgage rates are on a
continuing trend upward, mortgage rates still historically very low.
