Instructions: Please complete form, save a copy for your records. Safely package knives in a box (do not use a padded envelope).
1. Using heavy packaging paper and roll each knife individually2. Place knives in a proper box that fits the knives and packaging3. Add additional packaging so that you cannot hear or feel the knives shift in the package when closed.4. Included this form and payment in the package. Tape securely and label.5. Please ask your preferred mailing/shipping company to provide you with a tracking number. Protect your knives
by adding shipping insurance. EVERSHARP is not liable for lost shipments.
