The only #roblem that the 4ublic ,ector Banks arefacing today is the #roblem of non #erforming assets!The non #erforming assets means those assets whichare classified as bad assets which are not #ossibly bereturned back to the banks by the borrowers!
If we analy.e the #ast years data$ we may come to
know that the 546s ha&e increased &ery drasticallyafter "%%1! In 1**7 the gross 546s of the Indianbanking sector was '7$%%crore where as in "%%1 the
