· Shafi is a high impact Service Delivery, Service & Business Relationship Manager with nearly 17 years of industry experience in IT/ICT, Telecoms and Global Development.

· A strategic and hands-on expert across many discipline including: programme & project management, stake-holder engagement, business development, business process re-engineering and international development, spanning across UK, Middle East and South East Asia.

· Currently working for ENEC as a Service Management Advisor to the HR/ICT dept. Successfully launched the phase 1 of Integrated Service Desk, receiving an award for excellence from the CEO.

· An award winning Service Manager for ‘du’ Enterprise, Managed Services managing some of its signature clients, supporting & retaining a growing revenue of more than 70 Million AED per annum.

· In his spare time he voluntarily manages an international charity based in the UK that carries out programmes abroad with a work force of over 40 people.
