Imagine Brand Consultants is a Brand consultancy and Design Firm.We specialize in Strategic brand development, with a passion for design & developing beautiful work, we are in the business of making things sound great look awesome. We are still a niche outfit expanding into other creative discipline as we add to services and team.

Our methodologyOur methodology melds chaotic exploration and scientific refinement. Every idea proposed needs to pass through our own internal process of cognitive sense and functional aesthetics. This we believe will aid our clients in creating brands that possess cut-through, consistency and consumer recall.

Brand Identity and Brand Architecture We define a brand’s purpose/promise/idea/mission/vision to naming, logo design, tagline development, positioning and guidance on all strategic undertakings such as mergers and acquisitions equity transfer and rebranding.

Strategy Development and DeploymentWe take into account of existing resources and barriers (competitor, culture, consumer behavior, money, raw materials, etc.) to understand what’s working and what’s not, then we build a strategy based on what we’ve learnt. Then we go back and observe and change what needs to be chaged and keep improving. This cycle is repeated until we’ve achieve the desired results in the shortest time and in the most economical means.

STEPS

1. Establish Terms of engagement and remuneration structure package

2. Draw a work plan through the period of engagement based on available resources and strategic direction for the period

3. Implementation


1. Retainer - fee based agreementThis can be agreed upon based on the amount of work expected to flow through the agency within the contract period.

We would generate a project list highlighting the main job areas to be covered within the contract.

Main areas usually covered include:• Thematic Advertising• Tactical Campaigns• PR activities• Annual Reports, newsletters, & collateral items• Ad hoc , job ads, notices etc

A monthly or quarterly fee based can then be negotiated and agreed upon and Third party supplier fees are provided at cost with no mark-up.

2. Project based agreementJobs are charged on a project to project basis and a cost estimate is provided for approval before commencement of work. Under this arrangement an agency commission of 18% is placed on all internal and external costs.
