CONSULTANT AGREEMENT –NPEC Report Writing DiPaD is currently implementing a National Peace Education Campaign (NPEC) in partnership with the Ministry of Education and UNICEF Kenya in Kenya. One of the activities in the NPEC work plan is Data collection, analysis and reporting DiPaD is required to provide partners with a final report that covers the entire programme for the last one year. It is for this reasons that DiPaD wishes to contract a professional report writer with proven experience documentation and report writing skills to write the final NPEC report. Terms and Conditions Under the supervision of DiPaD’s Programme Director, the consultant will develop a format, consolidate the progress reports, photographs, and other necessary materials and produce a final NPEC programme report to be shared with partners. The short term contract agreement is entered into on 3 rd April 2013 between DiPaD, Box 73191, 00200, Nairobi Kenya herein represented by Doreen Ruto, the Programme Director and Mr. Shaaban Varajab Email:[email protected]. Tell: 728,355,403 The terms of this agreement will commence on the 4 th April 2013 to 8 th April 2013, for a period not exceeding 5 days. The consultant will receive a sum of 50,000 Kenya shillings upon submission of a completed NPEC programme report. Payment shall be upon submission of an invoice by the consultant. By signing this contract, the consultant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the agreement unless amended in writing by both parties.
