• Minimum 2 years QC experience in clean room environment, preferably in semiconductor / pharmaceutical / biotech industries.

• Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skill

• Good eye sight, no color-blindness

• Meticulous and high initiative

• Skilled in identifying in-coming material quality checks

• Perform in process quality control testing on incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with required quality specifications, particularly with ISO 13485:2003 and 21- CFR – 820.

• Perform troubleshooting or Special Testing Request as instructed by supervisor to identify root cause of QC assignable cause and QC failure.

• Perform IPQC testing in compliance with all quality and department procedures.

QC Technician II • NITEC/Higher NITEC in related science would be preferred

• Minimum 2 years QC experience in clean room environment, preferably in semiconductor / pharmaceutical / biotech industries.

• Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skill

• Good eye sight, no color-blindness

• Meticulous and high initiative

• Skilled in identifying in-coming material quality checks

• Perform quality control testing on gene chips to ensure compliance with required quality specifications, particularly with ISO 13485:2003 and 21- CFR – 820.

• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results to facilitate product release.

• Prepare test reagents/buffers according to released procedures.

• Perform troubleshooting as instructed by supervisor to identify root cause of QC failures.

• Maintain laboratory equipment per established schedule and procedures.

• Assist Chemist in validation testing as per approved protocol.

• Observe good house keeping and safe work practices.

• Ensure compliance to all quality and department procedures
