easier, safer and smarter jobs for older workers.

Deliverables1. Job redesign proposal to include current situation, proposed job redesign

project and how older workers would benefit.2. Relevant invoices, receipts and supporting documents for committed costs in

the job redesign project.3. Impact evaluation report using the template provided.4. List of older workers and how they have benefited from the job redesign

project.

Tiered quantum for older workers:• $10,000 per older worker aged 50 to 59 years old• $20,000 per older worker aged 60 and above
