A combination of bold pattern, color, and shape are used to break

the boundaries of architecture and design. Flexible workstations, Dual

patterned wood ceilings and acoustic ceilings cut through the open office to

give a warm, modern feel to a space that feels anything but ordinary.

AAA - Las VegasTaking inspiration from the nature surrounding Las Vegas, the open office showcases the climate as a warm and inviting environment. Rustic wood, golden hues, and bold angles are used to create a dynamic yet relaxing space. The open office functions as a call center for the west coast while break out spaces and break rooms function as an oasis in the desert. The first floor houses a full service garage to facilitate and educate the end users with their claim reports.

ANKI - San FranciscoFor a company that looks at the world of robotics differently

(through the use of intelligent toy cars), their space needed to take on this same persona. Re-use of existing items and unexpected

materials add a quirky touch to this clean design. The end users both work and play in their own version of a “traditional” office space.

Wella - World Studio NYC Positioned at the up and coming intersection of Broadway and Houston, the training salon is used to hone the skills of the future leaders of hair. The design is an homage to the urban lofts of the city with warm accents based in wood, metal and concrete.

Intuit - DC OfficeRich finishes envelope the senses in the subtle elegance of time-

less design. A mix of warm woods, glass, and understated pattern encapsulate the jewel box sized suite just footsteps from our nation’s

capitol. • 1 FLOOR• 5,000 SF

Amazon Music - San Francisco A truly flexible and open office environment achieved through floor cores and mobile workstations allows for the ultimate collaborative experience. The custom designed mobile work-stations with moveable privacy panels can be reconfigured easily by the end user on the fly to allow the office to move as fast as technology.• 7 FLOORS• 115,000 SF

Big Fish Games - OaklandThe end users of this gaming company preferred to be called

“Art Engineers”as they are not only creating video games but all of the artwork as well. The playful design of the space

helps to create a sense of community with architectural des-tinations (the garden, the lodge, the bazaar, and the village)

through out the floor plate. The heart of the office lies in the user generated art gallery located at the core to inspire this quirky group
