Refrigerated bar counters are available in the following lengths: 150-200-250-300-350-400 cm, and depth: 70cm.The holding structure is made of tubular steel varnished with epoxy powders at 180°C furnace temperature, with stiffening elements and adjustable feet.The single block case is isolated by ecological polyurethane of 40 km/m3 density Chlorine/Fluorine/Carbide-free, with AISI 304 18/10 2B finishedstainless steel walls and base with rounded corners according to hygiene norms. Outside lateral plastic coated plates. The compartment with doorhas market dimensions (that is: 603 mm, 444 mm). One plastic coated wire grid shelf that can be set on three different levels of each compartment.The cases can be equipped with three different sets of drawers, that is: 1/2x2, 1/3x3, 1/3+2/3.AISI 304 18/10 Scotchbrite finished stainless steel worktop. Stainless steel coffee machine top and box. Refrigerating system constituted byhermetic compressor, condenser with copper pipe and aluminum wings air-cooled by fan, static evaporator with copper pipe and aluminum wingscapillary fed. The compressor is the MBP and HBP (medium and high suctioning pressure) work suitable kind. The system was tested at a 32°C andat a 60% relative humidity environment. The highest condensation dagree reached is 40/42°C the highest suctioning pressure is 2 bars.Every counter is submitted to a refrigerating test and to an electric system test (see the test certification located in the pocket stuck on purpose tothe counter on the worker side).The temperature of the case (+4°C, +8°C) is controlled by an electronic control panel, the defrosting is automatic. A back flow preventing valve waslocated on purpose in the drainage to protect it during the evacuation process of condensed water that take place thanks to it.The Hydraulic System got a water drainage (C) with a 3/8" connection to the single lever tap and was pressure tested in each counter. The sinkwater drainage (A) was realized with a 40mm diameter, high temperature proof pipe, trap provided.The case water drainage (B) got a 1/2" connectionand back flow preventing valve; the condensed water, that comes out of the evaporator defrosting process, conveys there, too.

Il sistema è collaudato a 32°Ced al 60% U.R. ambiente. La condensazione raggiunge al massimo i 40/42°C, la pressione di aspirazione max è di due BAR.Ogni banco è sottoposto a collaudo di refrigerazione ed a prova d’impianto elettrico (vedi certificato di collaudo inserito nell’appositatasca in plastica sul banco lato operatore).La temperatura della cella (+4°C, +8°C) è regolata da pannello comandi elettronico, lo sbrinamento è automatico. L’evacuazionedella condensa avviene tramite uno scarico protetto da apposita valvola antiriflusso.L’impianto idraulico è dotato di scarico idrico (C) con attacco da 3/8” per il rubinetto monoleva e collaudato a pressione su ognibanco. Lo scarico idrico del lavello (A) è realizzato in tubo diametro 40 mm. ad alta resistenza termica ed e dotato di tubo a gomito.Lo scarico idrico della cella (B) è dotato di un attacco da 1/2” e valvola antiriflusso; nello stesso è convogliata l’acqua di condensadello sbrinamento dell’evaporatore.

Outside lateral plastic coated plates. The compartment with doorhas market dimensions (that is: 603 mm, 444 mm). One plastic coated wire grid shelf that can be set on three different levels of each compartment.The cases can be equipped with three different sets of drawers, that is: 1/2x2, 1/3x3, 1/3+2/3. AISI 304 18/10 Scotchbrite finished stainless steelworktop. Refrigerating system constituted by hermetic compressor, condenser with copper pipe and aluminum wings air-cooled by fan, ventilatedevaporator with copper pipe and aluminum wings capillary fed (on version with condenser) and valve evaporator (on version without condenser). Thecompressor is the MBP and HBP (medium and high suctioning pressure) work suitable kind. The system was tested at a 32°C and at a 60% relativehumidity environment.Every counter is submitted to a refrigerating test and to an electric system test (see the test certification located in the pocket stuck on purpose tothe counter on the worker side).The case temperature (+3°C, +8°C) can be regulated by an electronic switchboard and the defrosting system is automatic. A back flow preventingvalve was located on purpose in the drainage to protect it during the evacuation process of condensed water that take place thanks to it.
