Setting Up Voicemail in Office365

1) Log into webmail.smccd.edu to open up Office365 where voicemail is managed with your

network user name and password.

2) Click on the Gear in the upper right corner to access settings.

3) At the bottom of the Settings pane on the far right choose “Mail” and it will open a menu on the

left side of the screen.

4) Expand the list under “General” and select “Voicemail” and the “Greetings”

5) A set of options opens in the center of the window. Click on “Call me to play or record the

selected greeting”. Confirm your extension.

6) The phone will ring. Answer and follow the instructions.
