Setting Up an on-line Store Tutorial

This Tutorial assumes you have downloaded the software from www.practicefirms.net

This Tutorial is based on an actual site – therefore you will be able to see what has been entered in each section

Click mouse (left mouse key) to proceed through Tutorial

Click on the “Write GTB (General Terms and Conditions of your Practice Firm” and the “Write Imprint” and enter data (see next sheet)The GTB file – you do

The Shareware software version will not enable you to add data. You must have one of the lines with a tick. You can change the information in the lines if necessary.

You can offer an order discount – to do so you will need to enter data here.

To add the EUROPEN credit card payment method please go to the menu item “Information” – “Add Credit Card Payment” and follow the instructions

1. Each product range will need a separate category and category ID (code), which you will need to decide

2. You will need to enter a detailed description of the category click on “Edit HTML” button

Set number – remember you can normally only send 20 with the shareware version at a time unless you applied for more

Before you can send the site to the server you must press Create Store

To publish site onto the server press Publish store – The computer must be able to send data to the EUROPEN Server

Press add to insert the target host – you will not need to do this again

Press Next when complete

Enter Practice firm Code

Enter password

Press OK Button

Select and then press Next

If you are updating your product range then publish changed files only, otherwise click on “Publish Enter Site”

Press finish Program will download data to server
