    C. ASSESSMENT PLAN

    Written Test: Questions on basic ergonomics of keyboard and computer user, computer and basic hardware features, common computer software, differentcomputer operating systems, different storage devices, relevant type of application software, general provisions of accessing information, and OH&S principles andresponsibilities.

    Performance Test: In an actual hands-on exercise, the performance will include:o Saving procedure

    o Opening file procedure

    o Copying procedure

    o Virus scanning

    o Printer setting As each of the above activity is completed, the student will document the action performed (in Trainee Record Book/Journal) for

    assessment purposes
