EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Provision of Creave Services to FSD Zambia About the organisaon Zambian Financial Sector Deepening Limited (FSD Zambia) is a Zambian organisaon working closely with key players throughout the economy to ensure that all Zambians are financially healthy, parcularly the most excluded and underserved. We help rural families, women, youth, low-income people, and other households in Zambia to understand and access a wide range of sustainable, comparable and affordable financial services. To expand financial inclusion, we collaborate with both public and private sector instuons to make financial markets work beer. FSD Zambia enhances trust between clients and suppliers of financial services by helping to bring people together, culvate understanding, smulate innovaon, and lower costs. In this way, all women, men, girls and boys can learn about, choose, and use a wide range of financial services that have the most posive impact on their lives. FSD Zambia enjoys the acve support of financing partners UK Aid, SIDA, Rural Finance Expansion Programme (RUFEP) and Comic Relief/Jersey Overseas Aid. Background FSD Zambia believes there is no powerful way of promong our work and communicang our impact with our strategic audiences than through sharing case studies of real people and stories using creave mediums such as short video documentaries, vibrant imagery, moon graphics, animaon and others. The audience for these case studies comprises; donors, government, Financial Service Providers, rural and low-income communies and the general public. The overall objecve of these case studies is to summarise FSD Zambia’s acvies at the community level and to document the impact on low- income people and learnings for the ecosystem of Financial Service Providers (FSPs) in Zambia. Hearing directly from the community beneficiaries themselves through creave mediums effecvely illustrates the impact of our projects on individual lives of low-income women and men in Zambia. The Assignment FSD Zambia is inving Expressions of Interests (EOIs) from eligible firms/individuals with experience in providing the following services: scripng, filming, eding, translang, animang and sound experse to promote FSD Zambia’s work and impact. The EOIs should contain: I. A descripon of your understanding of the role of your firm as Service Provider as outlined in this Expression of Interest; II. A summary of the firm’s experience in providing the related services to similar types of donor-funded organisaons with long-term me horizons indicang: Sample of the product from the assignments Name of the client, including a contact name and phone number of a direct supervisor Numbers and levels of professional staff provided start date and compleon date Locaon, size, and scope of the programme Challenges encountered and overcome The supervising officer from the hiring firm and contact details for FSD Zambia to use III. Names and CVs of lead consultant(s) including qualificaons and relevant experience in providing the kind of services required, and an outline of team structure; IV. A descripon of your creave process when handling such assignments including how you fulfil the services, proposed melines; V. A detailed daily rate card for the following: Preproducon (including concepng, storyboarding and research) Producon (including director, sound engineer, drone + pilot etc.) Post-producon (eding, scripng, file management etc.) Translaon per page Moon graphics per day Equipment Your EOI, which should not exceed ten (10) pages of A4 (font size 11), excluding CVs, company brochures etc., should be sent by email to FSD Zambia at bids@fsdzambia. org by COB hours Friday 19th June 2020.
