client/designer contractBefore your project may go underway, an initial mandatory agreement will be tailored to your project and must be signed by both parties for protection of both the client and the designer.

changes of agreementAn amendment must also be signed in pair with the contract to ensure if there are significant changes to what the project outline initially in-tails, the designer is still entitled to payment for all completed work up to date of changes.

rates/deadlinesPrices listed are only the base cost and they may either increase or decrease based on the actual project requirements. A proper quote will be given upon verbal or written contact with the designer. A deadline will be provided to you at this point as well. Projects that must be rushed, may be accepted for an additional fee.

revisionsAdditional revisions may be requested by the client at any point in time, although an extra fee will be attached to the client’s final quote. Pric-es may vary depending on the project’s outline.

paymentAll projects will require a 50% initial deposit of the final project quote.

materialsAll provided photos must be high resolution. If you require stock photos, special typefaces, or special materials, it will be at the cost of the client and intergrated into the provided quote.
