ABOUT US:

- On April 4, 2000 a group of bussiness friends, management and proffesional undertaking from Ku-manovo establish ARS Project, led by Qerim Zeqiri in Prishtina-R, Kosovo and they decide to invest on construction of the concrete factory in the entrance to Prishtina in Veternik neighborhood. At that time the concrete factory works with a large capacity to produce concrete and participates in the construction of many buildings and various monuments such as: Concreting of the bust of Scander-beg that is cimented with a spezial concrete which was by well-known proffesor in the field of con-crete prof. Muhamed Vranica and produced under the leadership of Qerim Zeqiri, antennas, trans-mitter and repeater in Golesh- a high point from where the signals are distributed in the Dugagjini Plains and south Kacanik, and many shopping centres, restaurants, residential buildings, universities, barracks of Danish and Norwegian KFOR. - On April 3, 2005 the ARS project`s leadership lead by Qerim Zeqiri decide to sell the factory in Kosovo and all the investment is made in Macedonia and imidiately contracted the facility in Kisella Voda in Skopje area of 10000 m/2 wich is carried out in 2007, while in december 2005 contracted the facility of ELITE in Senderbeg Square in Skopje where ARS project is presented in the dominant role and the investor together with it`s cooperatives performs turnkey facilitie in December 2008 and starts to live the first purchaser. The Objeckt has total 16000m/2 and it has is business-administrative character. - On February 9, 2010 ther ARS Projects`s director Qerim Zeqiri in cooporation with major global corporation LUKOIL represented by the general director Andrej Mihajlovic Kuku signed a contract for the construction of the petrol staion in the centre of Kumanovo for LUKOIL`s needs and business building and parkings on floors wich will be owned by ARS Project which itself will invest the whole. The building is excepted to be build within 8 months.

- On February 5, 2010 ARS Project decides to invest in Chair where ARS Project appear as dominant investor 100% and build the facility in a period of 12 months with area of 5800 m/2 , with under-ground parking. This object is expected to be handed over in September 2012.

- ARS Projekt owns it`s offices in Skenderbeg Square and 15 other offices that are rented at the same place.ARS Projekt has it`s own proffesional leader stuff of six proffesional architects, legal service that takes care to follow the laws and rules of constructions in the country and in the fieldof management and realization of various constructions for which the Ministry of Transport, Telecommunications and links to the Republic of Macedonia in April 2010 has issued the following licenses:
