ECISGROUP Service Division was originally set up to guarantee the putting into operation of its proprietary production systems and has grown and developed more and more up to becoming an organized multi-services structure able to face typical “on field” after-sales problems:

Our Service Division introduces itself to Customers as a Vendor Specialist proud of:

4 its long experience covering many fields in the development of equipment and typical systems in the Oil&Gas, Refinery, Power Generation areas;

4 its knowledge of problems arising in production processes and on site;

4 its expertise on the professional utilization of equipment;

4 its expertise in the telecom Systems;

4 its new worldwide remote assistance Service (Virtual LAN / Satellite).

SERVICE DIVISION: THE VENDOR SPECIALIST

Our vision is to become the market leader by providing engineered turnkey systems to the Oil&Gas and Power market, offering performance, productivity and efficiency.Our facilities in Milan, at the heart of the Italian industrial region, are provided with “state - of - the - art” equipments for complete design, fabrication and in-house testing. - 1980 CHEMIT - 1990 ECIS - 1999 E&CIn 2007, after several years of cooperation between, CHEMIT, ECIS and E&C that shared a common business experience at international level, the Management decided to accept a new challenge for the developing market - incorporate all three companies in a new holding, under the name ECISGROUP.In 2008 another goal was achieved: ECISGROUP moved to new premises and changed it’s legal status to ECISGROUP S.p.A.presenting a new image on the Italian and international markets.

The reasons for carrying out regular maintenance operations on a plant are to:

A keep all its components constantly efficient, so as to guarantee the nominal performance for which it has been designed;

B reduce to the least all stops for failure, eliminating in advance typical critical events which may occur;

C verify in advance plant and structures safety systems efficiency for workers protection during simulation of emergency situations;

D introduce the remote monitoring system.

A maintenance contract allows to avail of a qualified partner able to intervene within the agreed time when a plant suddenly stops to recover the proper operation of the same.

A periodical maintenance of a plant eliminates or reduces the unforeseeable costs to be borne when production is stopped in favor of a reduced cost, thus guaranteeing plants efficient operation andlong life.

PROFICIENCY:- Direct and highly qualified knowledge of its proprietary plants/systems- Top level technical-managerial and industrial culture. The staff consists of engineers and technicians who have acquired a specific proficiency in the main fields and sectors: systems, electrical, electronic, automation, IT, carpentry mechanical structures, fluidic mechanics- Capability to understand and manage non proprietary plants similar to its own as to type, components, logics and criteria

EXPERIENCE:- Years of technical experience applied to problem solving in the electrical, instrumental, pneumatic-fluidic, automation, Oil & Gas, refinery, power generation fields- Knowledge of peculiar aspects of oil extraction and production sites located abroad (Middle East, Africa, Northern Europe, map with location of sites)

MATERIALS PROCUREMENT NETWORK:- An important unit of Ecisgroup is specialized in the commercialization of specific electrical and mechanical materials, it is in charge of procurement for the whole Group having a preferential relationship with suppliers who guarantee top reliability and best quality/price ratio, found in the vendors lists of the most prestigious engineering companies

PERIODICAL

1. Study of the plant to sort out critical elements

2. (if applicable) definition of most significant parameters to be detected on field and periodically notified to Ecisgroup – Service Dept. for a remote monitoring of plant performance

3. Definition of an ordinary maintenance program: list of maintenance activities and timing

UPON STOP

4. Definition of maintenance program on scheduled stop: verification of components which are accessible only upon plant standstill.

Definition/Management of spare parts stock necessary for scheduled maintenance. Spare parts which are more critical to be found or which are more subject to wearing or rupture.
