Broadbent’s extensive manufacturing facility serves equally well as a Repair centre. With its own

dedicated team, we offer a rapid turnaround service. Broadbent’s workshop has sophisticated CNC

workstation plus a number of specialist pieces of equipment specifically design for machining,

balancing and testing of rotating equipment .

Broadbent Global Customer Services – RepairsFirst choice for Second-hand

Repair services offered include

- Strip, inspect and report including NDT

- Overhaul with basic components, e.g. bearings, seals, etc.

- Repair & recovery of wearing components, e.g. wearing

surfaces

- Upgrade of controls & drives system, e.g. hydraulic to

electric

- Refurbishment of whole machine s to latest standards., e.g.

ATEX

- Gas purging systems for hazardous area working

Experience gained over many years of design, manufacture

and service support means we have become very adept in

keeping equipment operating safely and reliably for many

years beyond the standard design life and at a reasonable

cost.

All upgrades are in accordance with current regulations, ATEX

compliant with ISO 9001 2008 standards.

Broadbent Global Client Services - Non-Broadbent

Broadbent‘s experience extends far beyond its own products and we also offer spares, site services

and repairs for other makes of centrifuge. The principal of design, operation and maintenance are

universal and the skills and experience gained over many, many years allows us to support non-

Broadbent customers at whichever level needed. In addition, the UK manufacturing facility is open for

sub-contract welding and machining work.

Other makes of centrifuge for which Broadbent has manufactured major components include BMA,

FC, TSK, Reineveld and Western States. All replacement parts are Broadbent designed and

manufactured in our own workshop.
