The integrated sales and contact management system, known as
“contact manager,” allows you to track communication with your
customers improving response time and customer satisfaction.
Customer database performs a "neighbor search" for previously
measured or active customers on the same street or even the
same postal carrier route.

Customer Entry Wizard - We are also using Google API for our customer entry. This significantly assists in 2 ways. First, it
makes customer entry extremely fast as Google intelligently returned the customer to our form. Secondly, the information being
returned is already postal address standardized as Google has already done that work for us. So that means no more typos or
incorrect customer information!
