THE FLOW LINKING THE NATURAL AND THE SPIRITUAL Flow – (I found at least ten definitions but only listed a few.) To move or run smoothly with unbroken continuity. To circulate. To move with a continual shifting of the component particles. To proceed steadily and easily. Linking – A connecting element; a tie or bond. A causal, parallel, or reciprocal relationship; a correlation. An association: a relationship Natural What takes place in the body or the flesh state Spiritual What takes place in the part of us that is filled with the Holy Spirit What takes place in the part of us that is being restored. It’s 11:18 p.m. and I was directed to put this down on paper. This account is only one example of how God has a flow linking what takes place in our natural and spiritual lives. This flow moves back and forth continually from the natural to the spiritual and back to the natural. There is no break in this flow. Today, July 28 th , I went to the eye doctor which may not seem to be anything major but take a moment to experience this with me. One, I have not been to the eye doctor since 2006. Two, I am extremely myopic/nearsighted. I wear contact lenses and when I am home I wear glasses. I will also wear glasses when I am hospitalized. My lenses are those “bottle cap” lenses; I think you get the picture. In the natural, at the age of 54 my sight has actually improved a little. To the extent my glasses and contact lenses are over correcting my natural sight. They are now too strong and of course my prescription has changed. From experience I know that when your vision is being over corrected you don’t see and read with the clarity that you should. So that means when I get my new lenses I will be seeing with more clarity in the natural. Note I have been wearing corrective glasses since the age of five or six and contact lenses since the age of 16 and my sight has always gotten progressively worse till now. In the spiritual my clarity has been increasing in the things I see using these same eyes I described above. It is no coincidence that there is an improvement in my clarity in what I see in the natural and the spiritual. This is only one example of the flow linking the natural and the spiritual (remember this movement is back and forth). How many times have we heard Pastor O and Pastor G link the changes in the natural and the spiritual? Remember when we uncluttered our homes and at the same time we should have been uncluttering/decluttering in the spiritual. Think about when are directed to travel lightly. It’s not only about our suitcases when we get on a plane. It’s also about getting rid of the baggage in your spiritual being. It’s about tearing down those sterns and branches that have sprung from those seeds that have been planted in us and took root. Less of us and more of God. The flow. The flow. What flow are you experiencing? Do you receive it or are you still fighting it? In the shift you have to go with the flow. In the shift you have to surrender yourself totally to God. Yes, he knows we are a work in progress. Yes, we are being restored. Written & Submitted by Etta Rahming JIM CALDWELL DELIVERED LEADERSHIP SPEECH AT MOREHOUSE By D. THE  FLOW  LINKING  THE  NATURAL  AND  THE  SPIRITUAL    Flow  –  (I  found  at  least  ten  definitions  but  only  listed  a  few.)

• To  move  or  run  smoothly  with  unbroken  continuity.  • To  circulate.  • To  move  with  a  continual  shifting  of  the  component  particles.  • To  proceed  steadily  and  easily.

• What  takes  place  in  the  body  or  the  flesh  state    Spiritual-‐

• What  takes  place  in  the  part  of  us  that  is  filled  with  the  Holy  Spirit  • What  takes  place  in  the  part  of  us  that  is  being  restored.

Today,  July  28th,  I  went  to  the  eye  doctor  which  may  not  seem  to  be  anything  major  but  take  a  moment  to  experience  this  with  me.
