From the Editor
I’m Late, I’m Late for a very important date. I feel a little like the white rabbit this
month as we shuck off the cold shawl of winter and welcome in the warmer
weather of Spring. There is so much happening both on and off the radio but at
least I have rounded up some very interesting pieces for your perusal this month.
Sit back and relax with a hot cuppa or a cold drink if you prefer and enjoy.
Special Interest Items:
Country is coming to town. Former soldier turned singer, songwriter, actor and country musician Kris Kristofferson from Texas USA will be in Adelaide on the 17th September at the Thebarton Theatre. Three times Grammy winner, Rhodes scholar and undisputed country music legend kicks of his tour in Adelaide before moving to the east coast and PBA-FM will be there to interview him live at Thebarton, to be aired on Saturday the 21st September on “Kickin’ Country” @ 10.30am.
With that said, Tim McGraw – one of the biggest stars in music comes to Adelaide Showgrounds on Wednesday the 2nd of October, 2019, bringing along the full power of his North American tour. Tim has sold over 50 million records and dominated the charts with 43 worldwide #1 Hits. Too many awards to list here from Grammy’s to People’s Choice. He is joined by Midland and Travis Collins.

What’s your program?
Movie Music Morning
Why did you decide to do your program
I decided to do my program because I have an interest in all types of Movies, including Movie Soundtracks. And I have been doing it now since August 1997.
What do you love about doing Movie Music Morning?
I love playing songs from soundtracks, including the latest releases. I also like, when the listeners ring and ask, what date is a certain movie being released. I like to think that I am playing a range of music, which suits all listeners, especially from the movies and musicals.
What kind of music do you play on your show?
I play soundtracks 80’s (I love 80’s Music), Feature Artists, also 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 90’s and today. I try to present music from all different eras.
What are some of the features of the show?
Apart from the music, I have cinema ticket giveaways and interviews with singers, actors etc. I play requests when listeners ring and ask me to play a certain song.
Are you involved in any other way at the station?
I am involved with PBA-FM, not only as a presenter but also I am in charge of the CD Library.

FEATURED SHOW:- Musical Chairs:
Saturday Morning music at 9am with Sue Wohl and Phil Bannigan. Not just
