Follow the saga. M. A. Carretero.
Yes, friends, continues the saga of our ordeal for cancellation by the City of Alcorcón receipt has turned us for the period of 2013 in respect of business tax for an initial amount of € 195.47 .
This chapter of the saga began last Thursday, August 28, when I went to the Revenue Section to definitively clarify its Head, who had been on holiday, the situation of that receipt.
I informed you that the tax office had informed me that since their jobs could access the content of such screens Tax Agency.
Consulted said informed me that they recorded that they had denied the exemption for that tax year 2011 and from 2013 screens, so I had to go back to the tax office to clarify the discrepancy between what appeared on screen and content of the certificate that I had made and had been issued by the Agency in relation to our tax exemption.
Moreover, requested the Coordinator of the
Section ratify his opinion and he also confirmed the opinion of his Chief, told me that they could not "prevaricate" dictating a resolution in our favor when there was this discrepancy.
Return to the Tax Agency.
There, the officer who served me told me without a shadow of doubt that he was very clear about the issue and that there was no discrepancy extrañándose the opinion of the Chief, Section of Revenue of the City and its Coordinator, since in the screen was denied the exemption under Article content 82.1.b corresponding Royal Decree and had been adopted under Article 82.1.c content of that decree, which had issued the certificate to that effect.
Return to City Hall.
Section Cerrazón Revenue in that there was a discrepancy and that the tax needed clarification.
The Coordinator was available at the time to issue a letter to the agency stating that the Chief of the Section of Revenue, Isidra Role, "... I needed to have a certificate or report setting out clearly that that association is exempt , as provided in Article 82.1.c). "
Just like what was in the original certificate filed on January 15 at City Hall.
Return to the Tax Agency.
There I was informed that I must submit a statement by the General Register for the address to its corresponding destination.
So much for now, the content of our saga about the issue of the receipt of business tax.
And now, in my opinion, I maintain that since I set foot in the Revenue Section of the City of Alcorcón, back in the beginning of November last year 2013, I do annulment should have rotated the receipt by the City Council, given the palpable demonstration without any written proof that our Association as any of the other existing nonprofit in our City, reached the figure of one million euros in its revenue figure what else wanted !
And as for the "prevari- cation" What nickname should be put to the attitude of the Chief of the Section of Ren tas of our City to issue an unfair judgment ta knowing it since he knew the contents of the certificate Tax Agency?
Dear friends, it is hard to have to fight a whole apparatus of local government assists us knowing the reason but a rock wall that prevents us to bring to fruition our righteous desires rises, but not relent in our efforts by many managements we have to make.

Innovations of the seventeenth century.
www.amigosmava.org
Two innovations appear at this time. One is the bottle of wine that initially had a round elongated aspect, because it is easier to get this way to try blowing (art of the time) glass. Improvements on the composition of the glass and made the Venetian school in the thirteenth century and they start manufacturing in the seventeenth century bottles resistant glass long-distance transport with homogeneous forms.

The appearance of sparkling technical improvements needed in the construction of bottles that could withstand the pressures of gas (CO2) that needed the bottle fermentation.
Bottles this time round- ban between 700 ml and 800 ml because it was much easier to be carried by one person.
About the year 1720 they began to build more elongated bottles, glass impurities made them green or even dark (which favored the preservation of wine).
At first bottles were covered with wax, wax, plaster or other available means, and the second improvement that affected the marketing of wine was wearing earplugs when someone began using cork (Quercus suber). The plug isolates came from atmospheric oxygen and thus allows you gain a characteristic bouquet.

To this corresponds

The second stage is
represented by the addition

It is not all pleasant one encounters. There is often pain and struggle to endure, and sometimes one creates the “enclosed gardens” for security and peace of mind. These gardens are secret getaways, usually made up in one’s mind. An artist is a privileged person able to create the “enclosed gardens” that take form in material and exist in reality. Making them is the perfect getaway while the objects become definitions for different circumstances.

Born in 1976 in Pecs (Hungary).
At the Hungarian Academy of Craft and Design he pursued glass studies in 1998-2003.
During his academic years he experimented with pate de verre and cast glass techniques while during a Danish scholarship he studied new grinding procedures.
His style is characterised by deconstructive thinking, clever use of contrasting colours and mirrors to enhance and expand the space inside a glass-delineated space.
My work is characterized
by complex, constructive thinking.
My sculptures are components that are composed of popular topics.
The earlier series are mostly inspired by the “TV generation” and my own childhood, 1980s B-category films flowing from America to Europe.
Currently I’m inspired by the changes in the world in scientific/ecological problems, discoveries… my Uranium series reflects the energy crisis in an individual manner.

On August 29 we were in Segovia visiting the workshop of glass artist Martin Alba.
The workshop is located in a beautiful area of Segovia, at the end of the Alameda, with the company of the murmur of the river Eresma, owned sector in the City of Segovia which is expected to also install other crafts.
Alba began his apprenticeship in a workshop conducted by the National Glass Centre, in San Ildefonso, to move then to the British School in Stourbridge Glass installed, a town in central Britain, near the city of Birmingham and a extensive glazed tradition.
Alba mastered the technique of air and blow torch, and he makes some beautiful designs outlined in his workshop available to its customers.
Attend numerous craft fairs and so we said, is quite successful overall.
In the last one that has come in held in the Cantabrian capital, was able to sell most of the products displayed and over has been able to place in an art gallery located in Gijón.
In his workshop has, for blowing air with a melting furnace fueled with natural gas and one of recocico, built both by herself.
For his work with torch has a burner fueled by a portable oxygen generator.
It also plans to build two ovens, one for heating and one for reheating reeds blowing and puntiles.
Alba, like many other glassmakers artisans who have been able to consult, we manifest little or no glazed culture between the Spanish population attending craft fairs, and that some other soulless fools resales offering a pittance advantage ignorance of customers and producing countries
where labor has almost zero cost.
All these point to a craft based firm Galicia, specifically in the very near Santiago de Compostela, which is also dedicated to organizing village fairs.
The deception perpetrated by ensuring that the pieces for sale are made by hand by members of that firm, where are industrial products.
It has come to be the case that one of his swindled has attended any of the craft stalls truth that it repaired a flaw in the product purchase and has been unpleasantly surprised to find out that was not a craft but an industrial product.
As I have indicated to Alba, the union of the glassmakers artistesanos is absolutely necessary to combat these spurious actions and thereby avoid a major damage to the crafts sector.

The glass in Museums: Sunderland.
The National Glass Centre is
a cultural venue and visitor
attraction located
in Sunderland, North East
England.
It is part of the University of
Sunderland.
Is located on the north
banks of the River Wear, on
the former site of J.L.
Thompson and Sons
shipyard.
The centre is close to the
site of St. Peter's Church,
part of the original
Monkwearmouth-Jarrow
Priory built in 674.
It was here that Benedict
Biscop introduced glass
making into Britain, by
hiring French glaziers to
make the windows for the
priory.
The glass-making industry
exploded in the eighteenth
century, driven by an
abundance of cheap coal
and high-quality
imported sand.
Sunderland glass became
known throughout the
country.
In later years, the Pyrex
brand of glassware was
manufactured in Sunderland.
In 2007, the last two
remaining glass firms in
Sunderland -Corning Glass
Works and Arc
International (who make
Pyrex) - announced they
would close.
Despite the decline in the
industry, in 1998 the centre
was opened for £17 million.
It was funded by theArts
Council in conjunction with
the University of
Sunderland, Tyne and Wear
Development Corporation,
European Regional
Development Fund and
Sunderland City Council.
The centre, located
alongside the university's St.
Peter's campus, continued
the regeneration of the
banks of the Wear.
The National Glass Centre is
constructed from glass
and steel.
Visitors can walk on its glass
roof and look down into the
centre below.
There is a total of 3,250
square metres of glass on
the roof, and it can hold
4,600 people on at any one
time. Each glass panel on
the roof is 6 cm thick.
The centre contains
a museum dedicated to the
history of glass-making, and
several galleries with
changing exhibitions.
Hot glass demonstrations
provide a context for the
museum's collection. The
NGC also houses the
University of Sunderland's
Glass and Ceramics
Department and Institute for
International Research in
Glass.
A number of artists are
located on site, and their
work can be purchased by
visitors in the glass shop.
Since August 2006, National
Glass Centre dropped its
admission fee and is
currently free to visit. Since
the drop in admission fee,
the centre has seen a rapid
increase in visitors.

Recycling. Spain, the fifth country.
Spain contributes 8.5% to
the total European
recycled, making it the
fifth country in Europe to
recycling glass, behind
Germany, France, Italy
and England.
Across the continent are
recycled annually more
than 42,630 bottles and
jars M, representing a
saving of 23.12 million
MWh of energy and a
reduction in CO2
emissions of 7.95 million
tons.
In this regard, the
Spanish contribute
significantly to the total
volume of recycling in
Europe, with an average
of 75 bottles and jars a
year per capita.
According to Ecovidrio
responsible for the
management of separate
collection Single Glass,
facilitated by the
association of
manufacturers of glass
containers Anfevi,
Catalonia and Valencia
are among the most
Spanish citizens-entity
recycled glass
containers, also having
the larger number of
containers for this.
Among the actions that
have contributed most to
achieve these high levels
of glass recycling in
Spain are the awareness
campaigns have been
making various
organizations like Friends
of Glass Ecovidrio or
platform for consumer
glass container.
The latter also points out
the crisis as one of the
determinants to achieve
instill the value of social
responsibility and to
understand that
resources are limited and
can not be wasting
factors.
To Karen Davis, head of
communications Anfevi,
"the Spanish glass
industry is ready to
recycle as many
containers can be
recovered.
Spain stands out as a
purely exporter of empty
containers and, above all,
containers filled with
domestic products.
Awareness campaigns
are fundamental in raising
recycling levels, which in
turn affects the ability to
create new glass
containers that promote
the image, value, and
warranty of products sold
from Spain and represent
the country".
At the community level,
they are also taking steps
to ensure a more
sustainable use of
resources and reduce
environmental impact.
On 23 July, the European
Commission proposed a
new goal of recycling
mandatory throughout the
EU 70% of municipal
waste in 2030, which, for
experts also mean an
increase in GDP of about
1 % and the creation of 2
million extra jobs.

"Always Together" is the
art exhibition
vitroimpresionism which
was presented at the
Regional Museum and
Scepter of Arts in Autlan,
Mexican state of Jalisco,
on the 8th of the month of
August in the
multipurpose room.
The author, Eva
Guillermina Pelayo
Corona, Autlense and is
based in the state of
Querétaro.
The exhibition consisted
of 35 paintings, works
spanning four periods:
observation,
metamorphosis, search
and find that is where the
name comes
Vitroimpresionism.
So said the artist Eva
Pelayo: "It's a work light,
because I use pure glass
as raw material, pure
glass and light.
With the breakdown of
light you can see the
work in different ways,
my interest is that the
time you are watching the
play, can not see the
work as such, but the
work you and the arrobe

inside".
For 20 years, Eva Pelayo
began working with glass
when he went through a
difficult phase in your life.
This technique enabled
him to find that window
that gave birth to her
inner self.
The hard, inert glass
becomes raw material
and every piece of glass
or pen will give shape and
texture to your work,
which can be seen with
different approaches.
The work has been
presented in Lagos de
Moreno, Celaya, Cd. Of
Mexico in the main hall of
the House of
Representatives and
some of his paintings
have been sold abroad.
This year is no possibility
of this same work in

Risks in Tanarah tower.
The technical advisor Tanarah tower, Jorge Treviño Longoria, gave a demonstration of how a 'bad' management break glass could collapse the entire facade of the building located at Avenida Vasconcelos, the Mexican city of Monterrey.
Shortly after 8:15, the developer made a presentation of how two glasses could break easily if one meets another in his corner.
He also stressed that the cost of glasses broke on the show is 18 thousand dollars, and each floor would be 60 glasses shattering during demolition.
"What we will now show that there is risk in the front if you know not handle properly.
This crystal is of the facade and can break if it sticks you in a corner ... If
the facade had been moving had broken all "he said.
If you're not falling rubble or improperly sticking to the building, he said, the tower can be damaged.
"We do not know if the company has three years of existence has enough to carry out the demolition work experience.
Primarily a third party liability insurance is required, because anything that comes to pass on the perimeter is entirely the responsibility of the municipality, "he said.
Meanwhile, he asked the municipal authorities to release the work because the risk of collapse 'does not exist'.
"It's a lie supported a situation that is completely verifiable," he added.
To say of Longoria Treviño, although municipal Civil Protection determined risk in construction, this is outside its jurisdiction.
"This whole situation seems harassment against this building that is the least problems and less irregular situations has this compared to others that are even 100 percent finished and have a stock of them," he reiterated.
This demonstration is a year of a construction crane fell and caused the breakdown of some glass tower.
After the press conference by the administration of Tanarah tower site legal director arrived San Pedro, Francisco Garza, who said he came to the mall due to movement of vehicles in the area UANL.

Needles London Big
Ben pointed twelve
o'clock from 09.00 GMT
on Monday 18 August,
when the clock
mechanism was turned
off to facilitate a cleanup
that lasted until
Thursday.
The thousands of
tourists every day come
to the Palace of
Westminster, seat of the
British Parliament and
one of the most visited
places in the city,
observed during the
week to four workers
suspended with ropes
against the famous
clock.
The cleaners spent a
day at each of the four
faces of Big Ben, at the
top of the Tower of
Isabel, 95.7 meters.
Each of these faces is
composed of 312 pieces
of fine white opal glass,
assembled a cast iron
frame.
"It's a complex process
that requires real skill on
high. Our team of
experts will ensure that
the clock is perfectly
clean. This is a piece of
national heritage that
we must preserve for
future generations," said
Steve Jaggs
responsible for
maintenance of Big
Ben.
Although the needles
were held for the work
of the operators, the
internal clock
mechanism continued to
operate without
interruption.
"As you can see, the
hands have been stops
at twelve o'clock to keep
out of the way of the
cleaners" Jaggs told the
BBC.
The great bell of 16 tons
that names the Big Ben
will continue to set the
hours with British
punctuality, so that
operators working with a
special team to shut out
the noise.
Some 10,000 Londoners
and tourists each year
reach into the Elizabeth
Tower, a free visit to the
need to join a waiting list
that sometimes reaches
four months.
The Big Ben clock was
inaugurated in April
1859, but did not begin
to run until the end of
May this year, because
the original iron needles
were too heavy and were
replaced by other lighter
copper.

Spanish glass in Lyon.

The group supplies Tvitec for coating glass facade tallest skyscraper in the French city of Lyon.
The Spanish company, which has its main production facility in Cubillos del Sil (León), will produce a total of over 22,000 meters-squares for glazing Incity Tour, an office building of 39 floors and 200 meters high, which has been designed by the architectural firm gious presti- Valode and Pistre.
The high quality glass that has begun to process for coating Tvitec Tour Incity is primarily temperate and double glazing to satisfy the aesthetic requirements of the project and of course thermal and acoustic insulation of the future skyscraper, which aims to become the first tower of the city with low energy consumption (BBC).
The processing company, leader in Spain and one
of the most advanced in Europe, mainly combined this new international project for the manufacture of tempered glass with layers Sunguard Solar Neutral 70 8 and double glazing Isolar Sunguard HS SuperNeutral 62/34 8 among other high quality technical references.
The company Permasteelisa, one of the most important assembly facades industry worldwide, has just started installing the glass now manufactured by Tvitec.
Building Incity Tour is scheduled to be completed by the end of next year and become one of the tallest buildings in France, distinguishing architecturally one of the most important financial districts throughout Europe, Lyon.
The office area of the tower, at the confluence
of Via Garibaldi and Cours Lafayette, will exceed 42,000 square meters.
Glass manufactured at the plant of Tvitec contribute to efficiency and energy saving pursued the construction project through a double skin glazed incorporating automated blinds that will minimize solar heat gain and consumption of cold while ensuring the comfort of the users.
The exterior aesthetic result of the facade of Lyon skyscraper is a separate semi-reflective glass interior façade.
This double skin attend to environmental concerns Tower aspiring to HQE ® (High Environmental Quality) certification and BREEAM ® (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification.

Unasur, glass in Ecuador.
When the traveler passes
through the middle of the world,
one of the most emblematic
sights of Ecuador, due to the
strange name that as a nation
they will feel awe in front of the
building, almost ready, it will work
soon as the seat of UNASUR, a
huge structure of glasses
stealing view of anyone.
The old monument that
remembers your location on this
planet of misfortune, though
there are other, simpler, more
authenticity-that dispute is
dwarfed compared to this mass
that will appeal to some.
A note from "The Universe"
reports that this building,
"according to its builders, has
been an architectural challenge,
as the building will rise on a main
trunk of 1,500 square meters, on
two big arms will settle on a
scheme that aims be greater
armor flown in South America. "
The design, by architect Diego
Guayasamín, provides that "the
building will have five floors, with
around 20,000 m2 and 14,000
m2 of outdoor areas between
public spaces and large bodies
of water."
The construction cost is around $
40 million.
Officials of the Provincial Council
of Pichincha, meanwhile,
referred to in the immediate past
plans for the upcoming
construction of the "Tower of the
Sun"; worth an estimated $ 250
million cost and a height of 1.6
km, would surpass the world's
tallest tower, in Dubai, with 800
m of height. It aims to build a
luxury hotel near the
headquarters building of
UNASUR.
Whenever, by chance, we went
through San Antonio de
Pichincha, at the foot of the
Equator, the feeling experienced
taremos find us in front of a
cluster of shops for cheap trade
of all kinds, with very few green
spaces, nonexistent squares and
public spaces, sidewalks and
driveways damaged, and people
who suffer health ailments due to
the proximity of the stone
quarries.
Similar feeling attenuated
because it has grown more
slowly, taking into Pomasqui,
perhaps because in these
valleys a population of more
grassroots lives, unlike what
happens in the Chillos and
especially in Cumbayá.
The type of housing that is built
in the area and around
Pomasqui is massive and offers
quality of life for its inhabitants,
but concrete and cement.
A small green haven of
relaxation is the former private
club of the Comptroller, now
open to the public by a
government decision.
Consideration should be given
not only to develop projects that
achieve a harmonious and
productive life quality of people
living along the Autopista Manuel
Córdova Galarza: Carapungo,
Pomasqui, San Antonio de
Pichincha Area, but that the
buildings there are eleven seek
harmony with an archaeological
and historical environment of
unique beauty; opposite of what
is happening right now.
Most likely, if he had consulted
with the inhabitants of the valley
and surrounding Pomasqui what
works require, they would have
referred to the improvement of
services such as transport,
health, irrigation, not the burning
desire to get their noses the
proud headquarters building
UNASUR.
Names like Catequilla, Calacalí,
Pululahua bring to many
Ecuadorians, especially for
residents of the area, resonances
sacred places of deep
significance.
Paradoxically, at least for now,
that against the monster dark
glasses continue aligning the
precarious food stalls on the
edge of the road, and that the
architectural mega-projects
unrelated to the landscape of the
region, dour, dry, almost desert.

The excavations taking place in the old city of Cástulo iberorromana, hands Forvm MMX project, not surprising with new findings.
Several areas of work in which they are immersed, says Councilman Heritage, Daniel Campos, and the discoveries that allow us to interpret and understand the past of the historic site.
One of the spaces in which the excavations are made is where is known as Mosaic Loves.
"We are digging structures that are a little late, between the IV and V centuries after Christ, that we think may be related to an early Christian community," he says.
Precisely, this is the place where some pieces have appeared that stresses have an exceptional character.
They are glass, little known in the Western world, and with a patina glass has a very high
quality. Still immersed in its restoration and for the moment, he points out, have no definite or specific function they had, or chronological dating.
Another area where the work is happening at the bottom of which was described by National Geographic as one of the most important discoveries in the world of 2012.
"There appeared another mosaic that has been altered by some tanks, so it is party, and we have seen that the building is much more complex than we thought, so we are continuing out there," says Daniel Campos.
To this painted stucco that have come on the Mosaic join.
Regarding the area in which the well, a piece that also qualifies as important, and has been expanded and have half emptied, and now the project participants have begun on two new areas
of work are located.
One is the north wall, where excavation work and developed in 2006 in an Iberian house "was in a primary context, which was not altered from the archaeological point of view, and were all pieces in place. "
In order to know better are delving into a Roman house that is a little more towards the center of the plateau.
On the other hand, are also involved in the excavation of a tower on the north wall, but in the area that faced west: "This is an impressive structure in terms of the dimensions that have because they are about fifty feet fifteen side, as if it were a square base, height and about seventeen. "
One of the towers, estimated Councilman Heritage, the largest of which are to be found on the Iberian peninsula world.

The glass is blown into
various shapes and sizes in
cages that act as templates
for this process.
The end result is a new
object of colors where the
original destination of the
bird cage is transcended.
Now they are the ones that
contain a colorful glass
shape reminiscent of the
birds themselves.
The objects are the result of
the interaction of fluids with
hot glass molds: the final
pieces recall the brands and
the history of their old ways
of life.
The project questions the
state prison versus retreat: a
cage can be conceived as a
prison or a shelter, according
to the artist.
Glass subtly captures this
essence of limitation,
protection and custody
creatively, predicting a
promising future for this
show, the London debut of
Mexican artist in question.
Moreover, Red Focus, is a
