Zoning

• General Office 2 (GO-2)

• The purpose of this district is to create an environment especially suited to a group of professional, general administrative, and general sales offices, together with certain commercial uses primarily to service employees in the district. The district regulations are such as to protect adjacent commercial and residential uses.

• Banks and homesteads

• Clinic, medical, dental, or chiropractic

• General and professional offices

• Laboratories, medical and dental

• Public utility structures

Description

• Size of Building: 225’ x 100’

• Basic Office Building

• 3 Stories tall

• Open floor plan – renters of space can determine the design

• Steel structure

• Glass façade

• Pylons with a concrete cap will make up the foundation
