Senior Class Trip - Disney WorldLuggage Check-InMonday, April 27th

6:00 - 7:00 pmWHS Gymnasium

Luggage must be under 50lbs!!

Do not lock luggage!

Luggage will be checked by chaperones.

Arrange for someone to bring your bag if you have practice/game/work, etc.

Senior Class Trip - Disney WorldItinerary

Tuesday, April 28th

2:45am – Chaperones arrive at WHS

3:00am – Students arrive at WHS auxiliary gymnasium for check-in and breakfast Students will check in with their assigned chaperone Students must bring all carry-on items in a disposable plastic bag Students will receive a complimentary backpack, lanyard and two trip t-shirts Students are required to wear designated t-shirts down and on return trip Continental Breakfast will be provided in the cafeteria after check-in for the students

4:00am – Students report to assigned chaperone in the cafeteria and head out by assigned bus number

4:15am – Board Bus for airport

5:15am – Arrive at airport, check-in bags, check-in for flightPlease understand the 3-1-1 for carry-ons (www.tsa.gov)

3.4 ounce or less bottles - 1 quart-sized clear plastic zip-top bag - 1 bag per passengerStudents must have a government issued photo idStudents are in the airport for over an hour and may want to buy something to eat. – ($10.00 est. cost)

7:00am – SOUTHWEST Flight #4477 departs Philadelphia Terminal E - MANDATORY check-in with chaperone before boarding (143 Woodstown students and staff only on this flight)

9:30am – SOUTHWEST Flight #4477 arrives in Orlando Luggage will be transported to hotel rooms.

9:50am – MANDATORY Check-in with assigned chaperone in Orlando

10:05am – Disney Magical Express - designated buses to Magic Kingdom and Epcot (Transportation Center)

10:50am – Arrive at Magic Kingdom and Epcot Students begin at Magic Kingdom and take Monorail to Epcot Students are given a $10.00 Disney Dining Card for lunch. Students purchase their own dinner and snacks at the park – ($25 estimated cost)

9:00pm – Illuminations Laser Light Show at Epcot

9:45pm – MANDATORY check-in with chaperones

10:00pm – Depart Epcot on assigned Charter Buses for All-Star Resorts Hotel – Check-in rooms This is the first time students will see their luggage!! Game room and food court open until midnight

12:00 Midnight – MANDATORY room check with assigned chaperone

Wednesday, April 29th

7:30am – Wake-up call

7:45am – Breakfast on your own at All-Star Resorts Hotel ($10 estimated cost) TIP - Pack light breakfast items (Pop-Tarts, oatmeal, granola bars etc.)

8:45am – MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone

9:00am – Assigned charter buses to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure Senior Class Trip group photo taken at Hard Rock Live upon arrival – 9:30am Students will receive one meal voucher for lunch or dinner Students purchase additional food items at the park – ($25 estimated cost) Universal Studios closes at 9pm and Islands of Adventure closes at 7pm Shopping and restaurants available at CityWalk

8:00pm – MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone

8:15pm – Depart Universal on charter buses for All-Star Resorts Hotel

9:00pm – Pizza Party at the pool Drinks and one pizza per room Game room and food court are open until midnight

12 midnight – MANDATORY room-check with assigned chaperone

Thursday, April 30th

7:00am – Wake-up call

7:15am – Breakfast on your own at All-Star Resorts ($10 estimated cost)

8:15am – MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone

8:30am –Depart for Animal Kingdom on Disney buses Be prepared to depart early in order to see the most animals at Kilimanjaro Safari Students purchase their own lunch and snacks at Animal Kingdom – ($25 estimated cost)

1:30pm – MANDATORY check-in with chaperones at Animal Kingdom

1:45pm – Disney Buses to Hollywood Studios Students will receive a $10 Disney Dining Card for dinner. – (Extra $10-15 suggested) Students will be at Hollywood Studios until 9:30pm

8:30pm – Fantasmic Show at Hollywood Studios

10:15pm – MANDATORY check-in with chaperones at Hollywood Studios

10:30pm - Depart Hollywood Studios on Disney buses for All-Star Resorts Hotel

11:00pm – MANDATORY check-in with chaperone at hotel upon arrival Game room and food court open until midnight

12 midnight – MANDATORY room-check with assigned chaperone

Senior Class Trip - Disney World Itinerary

Friday, May 1st

7:45am – Wake-up call

8:15am – Breakfast on your own at All-Star Resorts Hotel

8:45am – MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone

9:00am –Depart for Blizzard Beach Water Park on Disney buses Students wear bathing suits to water park with cover-up Don't forget the sunscreen! Suggestions - leave cell phone in room safe at All-Star Resorts Hotel Small lockers are available to rent for $13.00 ($5 is refunded when key is returned) Towel rental is only $2.00 Students purchase their own lunch and snacks at Blizzard Beach – ($15-20 estimated cost)

1:30pm – MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone at Blizzard Beach Water Park

1:45pm – Depart Blizzard Beach Water Park for All-Star Resorts Hotel

2:30pm - MANDATORY check-in hotel room with chaperones upon arrival Shower and change for Cirque Du Soleil and Downtown Disney Dress to Impress!!

4:00pm - MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone

4:15pm – Disney Buses to Downtown Disney

6:00pm – Seating for Cirque Du Soleil Show

8:00pm – After the show, students will be able to explore Downtown Disney Admission to Disney Quest included with your Disney Park Hopper Pass $10 Disney Dining Card provided for dinner – (Extra $10-15 suggested) This is a great time to shop for souvenirs

11:00pm – Disney Buses to All-Star Resorts Hotel

11:30pm – MANDATORY check-in at hotel with chaperones upon arrival Game room and food court open until midnight

12-midnight – Room-check with assigned chaperone – THIS IS MANDATORY

Senior Class Trip - Disney WorldItinerary

Saturday, May 2nd

8:00am – Wake-up call

8:15am – Breakfast on your own at All-Star Resorts – ($10 estimated cost)

9:15am – Room check-out – collect luggage to be transported to airport Students are required to wear designated t-shirts on trip home

10:00am –Depart for Epcot and Magic Kingdom on Disney buses Students purchase their own lunch and snacks at the park – ($20 estimated cost)

3:00pm – MANDATORY check-in with assigned chaperone at Epcot

3:30pm – Depart for Orlando Airport on Charter Buses

4:45pm – Check-in luggage at airport Students are in the airport for approximately 2 hours and they usually will buy something to eat. – ($10.00 est. cost)

6:20pm – Southwest Flight #489 leaves Orlando for Philadelphia (full flight of 143 WHS staff and students)

8:45pm – Southwest Flight #489 is scheduled to arrive in Philadelphia

9:30 – Charter Buses depart for Woodstown High School

10:30 – Approximate arrival time to Woodstown High School (We will have students call home when we are between 10-15 minutes away to let you know when we should be arriving at the school.)

Important things to rememberBring 2 forms of identification - WHS ID and government issued ID

Luggage must weigh under 50lbs!!! It will be weighed in the gym at check-in

3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3.4 ounce bottles - 1 quart-sized clear plastic zip-top bag - 1 bag per passenger

Visit www.tsa. gov for important travel information

Monday – Luggage will be collected and checked in the WHS gymnasium between 6-7 pm

Do not lock luggage (TSA approved locks can be used when bags are loaded Tuesday morning)

Clear plastic bags are suggested for personal items to reduce chance of being handled by security

Tuesday – Students are to report to the WHS auxiliary gym by 3:00 am

Put carry-on items in a disposable plastic bag for Tuesday morning check-in

Gel insoles, snow globes, scissors over 4-inches, lighters, and matches are prohibited

Don’t forget your phone charger

Remember sunscreen, sunglasses, and a beach towel

Bring comfortable, worn in shoes and a spare

Remember your camera

Medications are to be brought to check-in with carry on items

A carry on bag will be supplied and it is the only bag that you will carry on the flight

You will have your carry-on the entire first day…keep it light!
