We are an evolving company ocusing onmobile phone entertainment.

SendMe Inc. is the leading provider o direct to consumer mobile entertainment,SendMe Inc. ofers the broadest selectiono mobile subscription services currentlyavailable online in the US.

The guidelines set in this document area re erence point or all designers creatingdigital and print materials or the SendMeMobile Brand.

The design philosophy underpinseverything we do as a user experienceand design team.

The oundations should be used by all. This document in orms the way our logoshould be handled in-house and shouldalso be sent to vendors creating materials

or SendMe Inc. as well.

Standalone Logo / Wordmark: Re ers tothe proper name o our company, whichconsists o the Wordmark “SendMe”displayed in all lowercase letters.

Mobile Logo: Re ers to the SendMeInc.’s speci c product “SendMe Mobile.”Distinguished by the tagline “Mobile”underneath the Wordmark.

Standalone Logo

The Standalone logo re ers to SendMe Inc.as a company. This is NOT to be con usedwith the Mobile logo, which is associatedwith the SendMe Mobile product.

The Standalone logo is designed orapplication when direct expression o the corporation as a singular uni edentity is desired or mandated by physicallimitations, e.g., podium or stage signage,

architectural signage, promotionalmerchandise.

The Standalone logo and Wordmark,has been created to allow or maximumlegibility and scaling (enlarging andreducing); it is provided as an .EPS leand should be used as a xed piece o art. Individual letter orms have beencare ully positioned, may not be alteredand must always remain as one cohesiveunit. Individual letters may never be reset,resized, replaced or in any othermanner changed to alter the nalappearance o the Standalone logo.

In addition .PSD les with enhanced logosare provided or digital materials.

Standalone Logo: One color

Speci c applications will require using aone-color version o the Standalone logo. The black or white one-color Standalonelogo may be used when:

• The Standalone logo does not provideadequate contrast and legibility.

• The Standalone logo appears non-complementary when placed on a colorbackground or photograph.

• Black is the only available color.

Standalone Logo: Clear Space

In order to maintain the integrity o the SendMe visual identity, it will be important topreserve a clear, unobstructed area surrounding the Standalone logo. This area, known asClear Space, is intended to eliminate visual disruption and distortion o the identity.

The Clear Space required around the Standalone logo equals 1x the cap height o the “S” inthe Wordmark.

Standalone Logo: Minimum Sizing

To ensure consistency, legibility and reproduction quality, adherence to minimum sizing isrequired. As one cohesive unit, the Standalone logo may be scaled (enlarged or reduced) butshould never be reproduced smaller 0.64”in or 16.5mm total overall length.

The ollowing example de nes minimum acceptable sizing.

Standalone Logo: Acceptable Usage

When placing the Standalone Logoon photographs, graphics or colorelds, care should be taken to

ensure optimum legibility.

The ollowing examples visuallydepict acceptable usages o the Standalone logo on variousbackgrounds.

The preferred background forthe Standalone logo is white.

If the Standalone logo is placedon a solid color, the white solidlogo should be used.

It is acceptable to place theStandalone logo on light,clean areas of photography.

It is acceptable to place theStandalone logo on light,neutral or pastel backgrounds.

If the Standalone logo is placedon a PMS 367 background, thewhite solid logo should be used.

If the Standalone logo must beplaced on a dark photographicbackground, use the white solidsignature.

The Mobile logo represents the productSendMe Mobile. This should NOT becon used with the SendMe Inc. Standalonelogo. It distinguishes itsel by its “Mobile”tagline underneath the SendMe Wordmark. The Mobile logo is designed to be usedwhen communicating the unique bene to the SendMe Mobile brand.
