The downer and founder late Diwan Bahadur Kameshwar Narayan Singh with

Compassion and sympathy for the poor and needy students, who is undertaken the

pious act of establishing D.B.K.N. College, Narhan. The College stresses on purity of

thought and action seeks to teach the merits of honest thinking and acting in all spheres

of life. The goal of education is to nurture responsible and sensitive citizens. The

ultimate goal is to see that children irrespective of cast, Creed, religion, gender and

socio-economic status reap the sealifts of a first class deduction our mission is to

produce.

Teachers who are not only academically brilliant, but also understand the

essence of spiritually teachers who represent the right combination of intelligence,

emotions, values, like skills and communities abilities.

supervision of the head. It has been taken many tasks viz; microteaching would be in

of the student.

It is a project to all the student for an activity of social work. This year students have to

literate at least one person.

This area of this institution is located in the religious lap of the lord Rama so

there is a special environment for the moral building of the students.

Institution promotes interactive teaching learning to the student. All the students

have been given the printed material so that the student can do better students are

communication and effective. The teachers give feedback on students lesion

diaries to help them to understand the teaching in well rammer.

Besides it the college has adopted same activities like seminar ( Paper

pleasettion and discussion in the class) debate competition and presentation of

lesson through overhead projector, LCD all these activities are helpful to provide

experiences to the students that make teaching reflective.

During the practice of micro teaching the skill presented by teachers and student

is recorded to watch again.

Yes ICT is used to get new ideas from other institutions and the

universities. The institution has den loped relations with other colleges of

education. Experts due incited to tender advice on curriculum development. The

institution campus is networked with LAN and high speed internet facility is

provided through Wi-Fi. Latest information regarding curriculum. Activities

curried out in other institutions etc. are obtained from internet and used in our

routine teaching learning process.

In is strictly followed the academic calendar everyday theory classes

are run and methods are also conducted every day on second half.

It is done by faculty of B.Ed. He teacher all the aspect of the syllabus

elaborately.

b) Lesson planning

There is run six days classes for micro teaching and six days for

per lesson plan with the leap of six days practices trainees become very

confident to do the lesson plan in practice school. This year there were

three schools for internship.

1. Developing of core teaching skills in simulated settings (micro teaching)

All the twelve skills of micro teaching were perfoemd by the

teacher seperatley them after it is practiced by the student

All the students have to complete 40 lessons in schools under the

supervision of their teacher.
