The bidder m ust state in the last column opposite each parameter and required specifications either “Comply” or “Not Comply1’. All pages shall be properly signed. Bidders m ust state here either “Comply” or “Not Comply” against each of the individual param eters of each Specification stating the corresponding performance parameter of the equipment offered. 7. Interim C ontract Support

- The Supplier shall be requ ired to have an In terim C o n trac t S upport (ICS) to en su re the proper operation , m ain ten an ce , and troub le-shooting of the a ircraft upon accep tance of the delivery of a ircraft. It shall include a n ICS team to conduct the tra n s itio n tra in in g of m ain tenance perso n n el for all a irc ra ft system s locally.

- O ne (1) techn ica l rep resen ta tive from th e p ro ponen t to ca te r the in cou n try services for the PAF is requ ired upon accep tance of the first th ree (3) a irc ra ft an d will end one (1) year after the final accep tance of th e rem ain ing th ree (3) aircraft. Sam e tech rep will w ork a s a M aintenance an d On the Jo b T raining (OJT) C o n su ltan t of ou r m ain ten an ce crew. The in -coun try techn ica l rep resen ta tive will w ork for five (5) days (Monday- Friday) a w eek for a t leas t four (4) h rs a day an d m ake h im self available on w eekends (S aturday a n d Sunday) a n d holidays w henever h is services are deem ed necessary .

- Any d iscrepancy due to m ateria l fa ilu re /fac to r shall be corrected expeditiously, w hich shou ld no t exceed sixty (60) days upon receip t of notice by the technical rep resen ta tive . If sixty (60) days tu rn a ro u n d tim e is n o t possible, the supp lie r is u n d e r obligation to rep lace the affected com ponent w ith a new one or provide a tem porary rep lacem en t in o rder n o t to ham per the operational req u irem en ts of the AFP

9 . After Sales Support

- A fter-sales services shall include supp ly of sp ares for the a irc ra ft an d com ponen ts, in terim con trac t su p p o rt, techn ica l su p p o rt, and w arran ties , w hich will also cover the a rm am en t an d n igh t fighting system s. Technical su p p o rt shall include query an d answ ering (to inc lude o p en /free access to online inform ation) an d ass is tan ce on defect investigation while the a ircraft is being opera ted by the PAF

10. Life C ycle M anagem ent Inform ation

- In fo rm atio n / refe rences/ software regard ing M ean Time Between F ailu res (MTBF), lead tim e, shelf life, to ta l life, repairab le cycle a sse ts , as well as inform ation for rep a ir an d overhau l of com ponents to include rep a ir tu rn -a ro u n d tim e and cost shall be provided.
