• Availability of design support during construction

• Ensure proper closeout of financial transactions, contracts, task orders, evaluations, etc.; Note: Some TOs for design services that support construction will remain open

Chief Engineer’s Memo dated September 11, 2017 provides the protocol for archiving project records, including preconstruction records:

Two Key Dates:
• January 1, 2018 – It is recommended that projects awarded after this date use ProjectWise to electronically archive project documents using the As-Constructed/As-Built Plan template
• January 1, 2019 - It is required that projects awarded after this date use ProjectWise to electronically archive project documents using the As-Constructed/As-Built Plan template
